자심 및 그 제조방법

제1도는 본 발명의 구체적 실시예의 구성인 컷트 코어의 단면도,
제2도는 비교예에 따라 제조된 컷트 코어의 단면도,
제3도는 본 발명의 구체적 실시예에 따라 제조된 토로이달 코어의 비정질 합금박대의 폭과, 동일한 폭의 박대를 사용해서 단층으로 박대를 감아 제조한 트로이달 코어의 철손의 비와의관계를 보여주는 그래프,
제4도는 본 발명의 구체적 실시예에 따라 제조된 트로이달 코어의 비정질 합금 박대의 박판의 두께차와, 같은 박판의 두께차의 박대를 사용하여 단층으로 박대를 감아 제조한 트로이달 코어의 철손의 비와의 관계를 보여주는 그래프이다.

Claims (11)

  1. 금속박대의 성층된 권체를 갖는 자심에 있어서, 상기의 금속박대가 그 한쪽면에는 자유면을, 다른 한쪽면에는 로울면을 가지고, (1)상기의 금속박대의 로울면이 또다른 로울면과 상기의 성층된 전체의 적어도 한부분에서 마주하여 인접 배치되거나, 또는 (2) 자유면의 상기의 성층된 권체의 적어도 한 부분에서 마주하여 인접 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 자심.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 금속박대가 Fe에 기초한 비정질 합금으로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 자심.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 금속박대가 Co에 기초한 비정질 합금으로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 자심.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 금속박대가 약 50Å에서 300Å의 미세한 결정입자를 갖는 연자기 합금으로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 자심.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 금속박대가 폭방향의 양단부 사이의 박판 두께차가 적어도 2㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 자심.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 금속박대가 적어도 10㎜의 폭을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 자심.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 금속박대가 10㎛에서 50㎛까지의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 자심.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 상층 권체의 권층의 수가 적어도 50층 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 자심.
  9. 로울면 및 자유면을 갖는 금속박대를 형성하는 단계, 2층 이상의 박대를 만들기 위해(1) 상기 금속박대의 자유면 또는 (2)상기 금속박대의 로울면중 하나 이상을 겹쳐 얹는 단계 및 2층 박대를 감고 성층하여 바라는 형상을 만드는 단계로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자심제조방법.
  10. 로울면 및 자유면을 갖는 금속박대를 형성하는 단계, 상기의 금속박대를 똑같은 폭을 가진 두개 이상의 박대로 형성하기 위해 길이방향으로 자르는 단계, 최소한 2층 이상의 박대를 형성하기 위하여 적어도 두 개 이상의 박대를 겹쳐 얹는 단계 및 최소한의 2층 박대를 감고, 성층하여 바라는 형상으로 만드는 단계로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자심 제조방법.
  11. 로울면 및 자유면을 갖는 금속박대를 형성하는 단계, 상기의 금속박대를 똑같은 폭은 가진 두 개 이상의 박대로 형성하기 위해 길이방향으로 자르는 단계, 견고한 구형의 단면을 얻기 위한 방법으로, 최소한 2개의 박대를 서로 겹쳐 얹는 단계 및 최소한의 2층 박대를 감고, 성층하여 바라는 형상으로 만드는 단계로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자심 제조방법
