CONSTITUTION:On a temporary base 1 such as a polyester film, a releasing layer 2 consisting essentially of a resin mixture of 50-95wt% cellulose acetate and 5- 50wt% thermosetting resin such as melamine resin is provided and on it, a magnetic layer 3 and an adhesive layer 4 upon occasion are provided to obtain a magnetic sheet with the property of transfer.
