제1도는 본 발명에 따른 장치를 이용하고 본 발명에 따른 방법이 적용될 수 있는 전자사진 복사기의 일부를 보인 개략단면도.
제2도는 장치의 전기적 연결을 함께 보인 제1도의 11-11선 단면도.

Claims (4)

  1. 정착수행기의 단위시간당 발생열량이 정착이 수행되지 않는 준비기의 경우보다 큰 가열소자를 통하여 수상체를 이동시키므로서 열에 의하여 수상체상의 분말영상을 정착시키기 위한 방법에 있어서, 이동방향에 대하여 횡방향인 중앙영역(23)에서 가열소자(9,10,12)에 의하여 단위시간당 발생되는 열량을 인접한 변부영역(24,25)에서 보다 작게하고 변부영역에서 단위시간당 발생된 열량과 중앙영역(23)에서 단위시간당 발생된 열량사이의 비율을 정착이 수행되는 시간중의 값보다 준비기간중의 값이 크도록 설정함을 특징으로 하는 복사기용 수상체의 분말영상 열정착방법.
  2. 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 가열소자(9,10,12)가 가열될 때에 변부영역(24,25)에서 단위시간당 발생된 열량과 중앙영역(23)에서 단위시간당 발생된 열량사이의 비율이 준비기중의 경우보다 낮은 값으로 설정됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 수상체상에 옮겨진 분말영상을 정착하기 위하여 수상체가 통과하여 이동하는 방향에 대하여 횡방향으로 연장된 가열소자로 구성되고, 정착에 필요한 충분한 온도에 이르나 정착되지 않는 준비상태와 정착되도록 준비된 정착상태에 놓일 수 있게 되어 있는 수상체에 대한 분말영상의 열정착장치에 있어서, 가열소자(9,10,12)가 상기 횡방향 양측으로 연장된 제1부분(10,12)과 제2부분(9)으로 구성되고, 제1부분(10,12)에서 가열소자(9,10,12)양단의 변부영역(24,25)에서 단위시간당 발생된 열량과 변부영역사이에 위치하는 중앙영역(28)에서 단위시간당 발생된 열량사이의 비율이 제2부분(9)에서의 상기 비율보다 크고, 제1부분(10,12)에 의하여 단위시간당 발생된 열량과 제2부분(9)에 의하여 단위시간당 발생된 열량사이의 비율을 준비상태에서의 값이 정착상태시의 상기 비율이 값보다 크게 설정되도록 조절수단(36)이 제공됨을 특징으로 하는 복사기용 수상체의 분말영상 열정착방법.
  4. 청구범위 3항에 있어서, 가열소자가 가열되는 상태로 설정될 수 있고, 조절수단(36)이 상기 비율을 가온상태의 값이 준비상태의 상기 비율의 값보다 낮게 설정함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
