제1도는 온도의 증가에 따른 열 흐름의 변화를 나타낸 것이다.

Claims (12)

  1. 필름의 이상적인 열 산화 온도가 250 내지 300℃, 바람직하게는 250 내지 280℃의 범위이며, 원료 물질중 유기 중화제 특히 칼슘 스테아레이트의 함량이 100ppm 이하인, 프로필렌 중합체 및 프로필렌 중합체에 대한 안정화제를 함유하는 고-순도 전기성 필름 원료 물질의 이축연신된(biaxially oriented) 절연성 필름.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 원료중 안정화제 함량이 절연성 필름의 중량을 기준으로 하여 1.2중량% 이하인 절연성 필름.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 안정화제 함량이 0.3 내지 1.0중량%, 바람직하게는 0.4 내지 0.8중량%의 범위인 절연성 필름.
  4. 제1 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 필름용 원료 물질이 고-순도 폴리프로필렌, 또는 폴리프로필렌과 다른 폴리올레핀 특히 HDPE,LDPE,LLDPE 또는 폴리(4-메틸-1-펜텐)과의 중합체 혼합물, 또는 프로필렌과 특히 에틸렌과의 블럭 공중합체 또는 랜덤 공중합체로 이루어지는 절연성 필름.
  5. 제1 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 원료 물질에 대한 안정화제가 입체적으로 장애된 페놀 및/또는 아인산염의 물질 범주로부터 선택되는 절연성 필름.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 입체적으로 장애된 페놀이 300g/몰 이상, 특히 700g/몰 이상의 몰량을 갖는 절연성 필름.
  7. 제1 내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 잔여 회분 함량이 50ppm 미만인 절연성 필름.
  8. 제1 내지 7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 염소함량이 10ppm 미만인 절연성 필름.
  9. 제1 내지 8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 두께가 3 내지 30㎛, 바람직하게는 4 내지 15㎛인 절연성 필름.
  10. 제1 내지 9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 표면 최고-최하 높이 RZ가 1.5㎛ 이하이고 특히는 0.07 내지 0.5㎛ 범위이며, 두 표면이 동일하거나 상이한 최고-최하 높이를 갖는 절연성 필름.
  11. 제1 내지 10항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 추가의 외금속층을 갖는 절연성 필름.
  12. 전기 절연 필름으로서, 특히 전기 필름 축전기에 절연체로서의 제1 내지 11항중 어느 한 항에 청구된 절연성 필름의 용도.
