Claims (12)
- 폴리올레핀, 특히 프로필렌 중합체를 기본으로 하고, 중화제를 함유하며, 여기서 탄산 염입자, 특히 탄산 칼슘 입자가 중화제로서 존재하는 고순도의 전기 필름 원료 이루어지고, 전기 절연 필름으로서 사용하기에 적합한 이축 연신 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 탄산 염 입자, 특히 탄산 칼슘입자의 절대 입자 크기가 10μm 이하, 특히 8μm 이하인 필름.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 탄산 염 입자, 특히 탄산 칼슘 입자의 평균 입자 직경이 0.1μm이하, 특히 0.07μm이하인 필름.
- 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서 탄산 염 입자, 특히 탄산 칼슘 입자의 비표면적이 30m2/g이상, 특히 40m2/g이상(BET 범에 의한 측정)인 필름.
- 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 탄산 염 입자, 특히 탄산 칼슘 입자의 백색도가 90% 이상, 특히 95%이상(DIN 53163에 따라서 측정)인 필름.
- 제1항 내지 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 탄산 염 입자, 특히 탄산 칼슘 입자가 필름의 총 중량에 대하여 0.005 내지 0.5중량%, 특히 0.01 내지 0.1중량%의 농도로 존재하는 필름.
- 제1항 내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전기 필름 원료가 프로필렌 단위를 주로 함유하며 바람직하게는, 특히 탄소수가 2 내지 6인 추가이 올레핀 단위를 함유하는 프로필렌 공중합체로 이루어지거나, 다량의 프로필렌 단독중합체의 소량의 프로필렌 공중합체 및/또는 특히 탄소수가 2 내지 6인, 다른 올레핀 단독중합체 또는 올레핀 공중합체의 혼합물로 이루어지고, 바람직하게는 프로필렌 단독중합체로 이루어지고 필름.
- 제1항 내지 7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 필름 두께가 3 내지 30μm, 특히 4 내지 15μm인 필름.
- 제1항 내지 8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 층이 바람직하게는 공-압출되고 탄산 염 입자가 층(들)중에 균일하게 분포된, 단층 또는 다층 구조인 필름.
- 제1항 내지 9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 축전기에 사용하기에 적합한, 추가의 금속 층을 포함하는 필름.
- 전기 전열 필름으로서, 특히 전기 박 축전기에서 유전체로서 사용되는, 제1항 내지 10항중 어느 한 항에 따른 필름의 용도.
- 폴리프로필렌을 기본으로 하고, 절대 입자 크기가 10μm 이하이며 평균 입자 직경이 0.1μm 이하이고 비표면적이 30m2/g이상이며 백색도가 90%이상인 탄산칼슘 입자 0.01 내지 0.5중량%를 함유하는, 제1항 내지 10항중 어느 한 항에 따른 필름을 제조하기에 적합한 고순도의 원료.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
