2-흡착기 시스템에서 진공 스윙 흡착법에 의해 기체 혼합물을 분리하는 방법

제1도는 실시예 1,2 및 3에서 나타낸 바와 같이 본 발명의 방법을 수행하기 위한 장치를 도시한 것이고.
제2a 및 2b도는 실시예 1을 위한 동정류 및 압류를 도시한 것이며.
제3a 및 3b도는 실시예 3을 위한 공정류 및 압류를 도시한 것이다.

Claims (7)

  1. 2-흡착기 진공 스윙 흡착(vacuum swing adsorption ; VSA) 공정에서, (a) 시간(t1)에서, 흡착기(A)의 상단을 감압시키고 이를 통해 방출된 기체를 진공화된 흡착기(B)의 상단으로 보내며, 흡착기(A)를 하단에서 진공펌프에 연결시키고 흡착기(B)의 하단은 조 기체로 충진, 즉 가압시키며, (b) 시간(t2)에서, 흡착기(A)를 진공화시키고 흡착기(B)의 상단을 라피네이트 저장기(raffinate reservoir)(R)로부터의 라피네이트로 충진시키며, 흡착기(B)의 하단을 감압하에 조 기체로 충진시키고, (c) 시간(t3)에서, 흡착기(A)의 하단을 진공화시키고 흡착기(B)의 하단은 조 기체로 충진시키거나, 흡착기(B)의 하단을 통해 조 기체를 방출시키괴, 1bar의 압력에서 출방하며, 흡착기(B)의 상단에서 흡착력이 약한 기체 부분을 생성물로서 스트리핑시키고, (d) 흡착기(A/B)를 서로 전용하거나 2-흡착기 VSA 공정으로 시간 t1,t2및 t3의 공정을 반복하여 상기 공정을 추가로 진행시키고, (e) 시간(t1)에서, 흡착기(A)의 상단을 감압시키고 이를 통해 방출된 기체를 감압하에서 작동하는 흡착기(B)의 상단으로 보내며, 흡착기(A)의 하단을 조 기체로 충진시키고, 흡착기(B)의 하단은 진공 펌프에 연결되나, 이때 흡착기(B)의 압력은 흡착기(A)로부터 기체가 유입되어 상승하고 흡착기(A)의 압력은 강화되며, (f) 시간(t2)에서, 공정을 단계(b)와 유사하게 진행시키고, (g) 시간(t3)에서, 공정을 단계(c)와 유사하게 진행시키며, (h) 흡착기(A/B)를 서로 전용함으로써 시간 t1,t2및 t3의 공정을 반복하여 추가로 공정을 진행시키며, 흡착기에 공급된 조 기체가 공정중의 어떤 시점에서도 정지되지 않도록 2개의 흡착기(A 및 B)를 교대로 작동시키고 진공 펌프는 흡착제 충진물에 계속해서 연결시켜 놓음을 특징으로 하여, 흡착제로 충진된 2개의 용기[이 용기는 하단 및 상단의 유입구 및 방출구를 가진 흡착기(A 및 B)이다]에서 조 기체 혼합물[이중에 흡착력이 약한 기체부분(라피레이트)이 존재하는 경우, 이는 감압하에서 수득된다]을 진공 스윙 흡착법에 의해 흡착분리시키는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 흡착력이 약한 상이 1bar 또는 1bar 내지 3bar의 압력하에서 방출되는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 총 사이클 시간(t1+t2+t3)이 10 내지 120초인 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 감압시킬 흡착기의 시간(t1)에서의 압력이 1bar 이하로 강하될 수 있는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 산소는 공기로부터 흡착적으로 수득하고, 아르곤은 질소로부터 흡착적으로 수득하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 3개의 흡착제 베드를 기본적으로 하는 VSA 분리방법이 한 흡착기 단위의 밸브가 기능장애를 일으킬 경우 단지 2개의 흡착기만으로도 작동이 유지되도록 자동적으로 전용되는 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, VSA 공정에 대해 하나의 흡착기는 t1+t2+t3의 시간중에 진공펌프에 연결되고 2개의 흡착기는 t1+t2+t3의 시간 간격으로 조 기체로 충진되도록 3개의 흡착기 단위가 선택되며, 흡착기의 흡착시간은 2×(t1+t2+t3)이고, 공정과정, 조 기체에 의한 충진, 흡착력이 약한 상의 진공화 및 제거는 제1항에서와 유사하게 수행되는 방법.
