Claims (7)
- 기준클록의 주파수를 정수로 분주한 인자클록에 동기하여 도트에 의한 화상정보를 출력하는 인자데이타 회로부를 설치하고, 이 인자 데이타 회로부에 접속되어 상기 화상정보에 대응한 레이저광을 발하는 조사광학계를 설정하며, 복수의 반사면이 형성되어 구동원에 의해 정속회전되는 폴리곤미러를 상기 조사광학계의 광축상에 반사면이 위치하도록 배치하고, 이 폴리곤미러로 반사되어 감광체상을 주사하는 레이저광을 스폿트상으로 수속하는 수속광학계를 형성한 광주사장치에 있어서, 레이저 광의 주 주사범위의 개시측에 배치한 스타트 센서부와 종료측에 배치한 엔드센서부에 의해, 상기 레이저광의 주 주사시간을 상기 폴리곤미러의 각 반사면마다 계측하는 주 주사시간측정수단을 설치하고, 이들 계측된 각 주사시간에 근거하여, 일정한 길이의 주 주사선의 주사에 요하는 기준 클록수를 각 반사면마다 산출함과 동시에, 하나의 반사면에 의한 주 주사선의 주사중에 카운트된 기준 클록수와 다른 반사면에 의한 주사중의 기준클록수와의 차이를 각 반사면마다 산출하는 보정클록수 산출수단을 설치하며, 이 보정클록산출수단에 의해 산출된 보정클록을, 각 반사면의 인자 클록중에 분산시키는 주 주사선길이조정수단을 설정한 것을 특징으로하는 광주사장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 광 주사장치의 본체에서, 착탈자재한 엔드센서부를 설치한 것을 특징으로하는 광주사장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 주사속도가 늦은부분의 수정도트의 형상을 주 주사방향에 긴것으로 한것을 특징으로 하는 광주사장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 주사속도가 빠른부분의 수정도트의 형상을 주 주사방향에 짧은 것으로 한 것을 특징으로하는 광주사장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 보정클록산출신호에 의해 산출된 보정클록을 각 반사면의 인자클록중에 균등분산되도록 한것을 특징으로하는 광주사장치.
- 기준클록의 주파수를 정수로 분주한 인자클록에 동기하여, 도트에 의한 화상정보를 출력하는 인자데이타 회로부를 설치하고, 이 인자데이타 회로부에 접속되어 상기 화상정보에 대응한 레이저 광을 발하는 조사광하계를 설정하고, 복수의 반사면이 형성된 구동원에 의해 정속회전되는 폴리곤미러를 상기 조사광학계의 광축상에 반사면이 위치하도록 배치하고, 이 폴리곤미러로 반사되어 감광체위를 주사하는 레이저광을 스폿트상으로 수속하는 수속광학계를 형성한 광주사장치에 있어서, 레이저 광의 주 주사범위의 개시측에 비치한 스타트센서부와 종료측에 배치한 앤드센서부에 의해 상기 레이저광의 주 주사시간을 상기 폴리곤미러의 각 반사면마다 계측하는 주 주사시간측정수단을 설정하고, 이들 계측된 각 주 주사시간에 근거하여, 일정길이의 주 주사선의 주사에 요하는 기준 클록수를 각 반사면마다 산출함과 동시에, 하나의 반사면에 의한 주 주사선의 주사중에 카운트된 기준클록수와 다른 반사면에 의한 주사중의 기준클록수와외 차를 각 반사면마다 산출하는 보정 클록수 산출수단을 설치하고, 이 보정클록산출수단에 의해 산출된 각 반사면의 보정클록을 난수회로를 사용하여 인자클록중에 랜덤하게 부산시키는 주 주사선길이 조정수단을 설치한 것을 특징으로하는 광주사장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 일 주 주사중의 주사속도가 균일하게 되도록 각 반사면의 인자클록을 주사속도가 높은 부분일수록 다수의 속도보정클록을 삽입하도록 설정된 주사속도수정수단을 설치한 것을 특징으로하는 광주사장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
