제1도는 본 발명의 카본 블랙을 제조하는데 사용되는 반응기(reactor)의 개략 단면도이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 타이어 트레드용 카본블랙에 있어서, 세틸 트리메틸 암모늄 브로미드의 비 표면적(CTAB) 120~160m2/g, 압축 샘플(24M4)의 디 부틸프탈레이트 흡수값(dibutyl phthalate absorption number) 95~100mL/100g, 착색력(tinting strength)(Tint) 100~150%를 가지며, 다음식(1)에 의해 얻어진 M값을 나타내고, 다음식(2)를 만족시킴을 특징으로하는 상기 카본 블랙.
    위 식에서, IA는 요오드 흡수 값(mg/g)이고, N2SA는 질소 흡수 비표면적 (m2/g)이며,st는 원심 분급 방법(Centrifugal classification method)에 의해 측정한 단립체(aggregates)의 분산 곡선중 최대 흡수값에서 동가 스토크스 직경(equivalent stokes diameter)(nm)이고, ㅿDst는 최대 흡수치 50%인 단립체의 분산 곡선상의 2지점에서 2개의 동가 스토크스 직경 사이의 차이(nm)이다.
