Claims (9)

  1. (1) HF,FC-123 및/또는 FC-124로 구성된 초기 혼합물내에 있는 HF/FC-123의 몰비가 1.3/1 이하라는 것을 확실하게 하고, (2) 증류 컬럼을 통해 (1)의 혼합물을 통과시켜 초기 혼합물내의 본질적으로 모든 HF와 모든 FC-124로 구성된 저비점 공비혼합물을 형성시키고, (3) 증류 컬럼의 저부를 충분한 온도와 압력에서 유지시키면서, 증류 컬럼의 상부로부터 그 저비점 공비혼합물을 제거함으로써, 초기 혼합물로부터, 불화수소(HF), 2,2-디클로로-1,1,1-트리플루오로에탄(FC-123), 및/또는 2-클로로-1,1,1,2-테트라플루오로에탄(FC-124)를 분리하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 증류 컬럼의 저부로부터, 본질적으로 HF가 없는 FC-123을 제거시킴으로써 온도 및 압력을 유지하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 초기 혼합물에 테트라클로로에틸렌 및 HCI이 포함되고, HCI을 (3)에서의 증류 컬럼 상부로부터 제거시키고 테트라클로로에틸렌을 (3)에서의 증류 컬럼 저부로부터 제거시키는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 온도가 50℃ 내지 300℃인 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 온도가 125℃ 내지 210℃인 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 컬럼의 압력이 0.10㎫ 내지 4.0㎫인 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 컬럼의 압력이 1.5㎫ 내지 2.5㎫인 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 저비점 공비혼합물이 HF 및 FC-123의 공비혼합물 및/또는 HF 및 FC-124의 공비혼합물로 근본적으로 구성되는 방법.
  9. 약 38.9몰% 내지 약 42.7몰%의 2,2-디클로로-1,1,1-트리플루오로에탄(FC-123) 및 약 61.1몰% 내지 약 57.3몰%의 불화수소(HF)로 근본적으로 구성된 공비혼합물.
