제1도는 본 발명에 따라 유리하게 밀봉될 수 있는 패키지 형태의 평면도,
제2도는 제1도에 나타낸 패키지의 측면도,
제3도는 적층된 용기 구조의 여러층과 본 발명에 따라 밀봉된 표면을 확대해서 상세하게 나타낸 부분 단면도.

Claims (18)

  1. 폴리프로필렌 수지로부터 형성된 밀봉 표면은 갖는 구조로부터 형성된 용기로 이루어지며, 이 용기는 보충적인 뚜껑을 갖고, 이 뚜껑은 접촉면을 갖고 밀봉 표면과 접촉하면서 용기 중의 개구부를 횡단하여 연장되며, 뚜껑의 접촉면과 밀봉 표면은 대향되며, 내부적으로 갈라질 수 있는 대항된 뚜껑 접촉면과 밀봉 표면 사이의 가열 밀봉 중간층에 의해 함께 접합되고, 가열 밀봉층은 30 내지 50중량%의 입자성 충전재와 20 내지 45중량%의 올레핀계 단독 중합체, 사이의 가열 밀봉 중간층에 의해 함께 접합되고, 20 내지 50중량%의 고결정성 프로필렌-에틸렌 블록 공중합체 및 1 내지 20중량%의 엘라스토머성 에틸렌-프로필렌 고무를 포함하는 올레핀제 중합제 블랜드로 이루어지는 패키지.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 올레핀계 단독 종합체가 폴리프로필렌인 패키지.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서, 올레핀계 단독 종합체가 폴리에틸렌인 패키지.
  4. 제 1항에 있어서, 고결정성 프로필렌-에킬렌 블록 공중합체가 프로필렌-에킬렌 폴리알로머인 패키지.
  5. 제 1항에 있어서, 입자성 충전재가 활석인 패키지.
  6. 제 1항에 있어서, 용기가 적층 시트 구조로부터 형성된 패키지.
  7. 제 6항에 있어서, 적층 시트 구조에 외부 폴리프로필렌층 사이에 삽입된 내부 가스 장벽층이 제공되는 패키지.
  8. 제 7항에 있어서, 내부 가스 장벽층이 염화비닐리덴 중합체로부터 형성되는 패키지.
  9. 제 1항에 있어서, 가열 밀봉층이 용기의 필수 부분인 패키지.
  10. 1개 이상의 대향면에 부재에 힘을 가해 이들을 뜯어내려고 할 때 층이 그 자체내에서 떨어지도록, 30내지 50중량%의 입자성 충전재와, 20 내지 45중량%의 올레핀계 단독 중합체, 20 내지 50중량%의 고결정성 프로필렌-에틸렌 블록 공중합체 및 1 내지 20중량%의 엘라스토머성 에틸렌-프로필렌 고무를 포함하는 올레핀계 중합체 블렌드의 혼합물로 이루어지고, 가열 밀봉층의 접착 강도가 가열 밀봉층의 인장강도보다 더 작은 가열 밀봉성 층을 도포하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 접촉면을 갖는 뚜껑이 가열 밀봉된 용기 부재로 구성되며, 이 접촉면을 갖는 용기 부재는 폴리프로필렌 수지로부터 형성되고, 뚜껑과 용기 부재의 접촉면은 서로 가열 용접 밀봉되는 대향 관계에 위치하는 패키지의 제조 방법.
  11. 제 10항에 있어서, 올레핀계 단독 중합체가 플리프로필렌인 방법.
  12. 제 10항에 있어서, 올레핀계 단독 중합체가 폴리에틸렌인 방법.
  13. 제 10항에 있어서, 고결정성 프로필렌-에틸렌 블록 공중합체가 프로필렌-에틸렌 폴리알로머인 방법.
  14. 제 10항에 있어서, 입자성 충전재가 활석인 방법.
  15. 제 10항에 있어서, 용기가 적층 시트 구조로부터 형성된 방법.
  16. 제 15항에 있어서, 적층 시트 구조가 외부 폴리프로필렌층 사이에 삽입된 내부 가스 장벽층을 갖는 방법.
  17. 제 16항에 있어서, 내부 가스 장벽층이 염화비닐리덴 중합체로부터 형성되는 방법.
