Claims (14)

  1. 교차결합가능한 실옥산관능성(funcitionality)을 갖는 공중합체를 포함한 안정한 수성에멀젼으로서, 상기 공중합체는 최소 약 70중량퍼어센트 이하의 최소 하나의 실옥산 관능성이 없는 유리라디칼 개시 가능한 단량체 및 약 30중량 퍼센트 이하의 최소 두개의 실옥산 함유단량체로부터 병재자유라디칼 및 양이온성 개시중합으로 형성되며, 상기 실옥산함유단량체 중 최소하나는 자유래디칼개시 가능한 반응성실옥산단량체이며, 상기 실옥산함유단량체를 최소하나는 양이온적으로 개시 가능한 선형 실옥산단량제 임을 특징으로 하는 안정한 수성에멀젼 공중합체.
  2. 1항에 있어서, 약 70 내지 약 99.5중량퍼어센트의 상기 실옥산이 없는, 유리라디칼 개시 가능한 단량체 또는 단량체들 및 약30 내지 약 0.5중량퍼어센트의 상기 실옥산-함유단량체들을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 안정한 수성에멀젼공중합체.
  3. 1항에 있어서, 약 70 내지 약 97중량퍼어센트의 상기 실옥산이 없는(siloxane-free), 유리라디칼개시 가능한 단량제 또는 단량체 및 약30 내지 약 3중량퍼어센트의 상기 실옥산-함유단량체들을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 안정한 수성에멀젼공중합체.
  4. 1항에 있어서, 약 1 내지 6중량퍼어센트의 적어도 하나ㅡ이 반응성 실옥산단량체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 안정한 수성 에멀젼공중합체.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 약 70 내지 약 90중량퍼어센트의 적어도 하나의 유리라디칼개시 가능한, 실옥산이 없는(siloxane-free)단량체와 약 10 내지 30중량퍼어센트이 상기 2가지 실옥산 단량체로부터 형성된 실질적으로 비-교차결합된 공중합체를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 안정한 수성에멀젼.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 또한 pH범위가 약 pH 6 내지 약 pH 8인 것을 특징으로 하는 수성에멀젼.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 또한 평균입도가 약 100나노미터 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 수성에멀젼 공중합체.
  8. 제1항, 2항 또는 3항에 있어서, 상기 반응성 실옥산을 메타크릴옥시-프로필트리메톡시실란, 아크릴 옥시프로필트리메톡시실란, 비닐트리에톡시실란, 비닐트리메톡시실란 및 아릴트리메톡시실란으로 이루어지는 그룹에서 선택되는 T형 실옥산인 것을 특징으로 하는 수성에멀젼 공중합체.
  9. 제1항, 2항 또는 3항에 있어서, 상기 선형실옥산은 환형 (cyclic)디알킬실옥산과 그 유도체를 이루어지는 그룹에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수성에멀진 공중합체.
  10. 교차결합가능한 실옥산관능성을 가지는 안정한 수성에멀젼 공중합체의 제조방법으로서, 최소 하나의 유리라디칼중합 가능한, 실옥산이 없는(siloxane free) 단량체, 선형실옥산 및 반응성실옥산을 낮은 pH조건에서 병재하는 유리라디칼 및 양이온선 개시된 수성에멀젼 중합 반응을 수행하는 단계와, 이어서 염기의 첨가로 에멀젼의 pH를 pH 6 내지 pH 8의 범위내로 가져오는 상기 에멀젼 공중합체의 중화단계로 이루어지는 방법.
  11. 제1항의 수성에멀젼 공중합체를 포함하는 부직결합제.
  12. 제1항의 수성에멀젼 공중합체를 포함하는 가죽코팅제.
  13. 제1항의 수성에멀젼 공중합체를 포함하는 페인트배합물.
  14. 제1항의 수성에멀젼 공중합체를 포함하는 접착제.
