Claims (10)
- 올리고머 왁스중에 내재하는 유리 카르복실기의 상응하는 반응에 의해 형성되고 및/ 또는 첨가된 염으로서 왁스중에 균질 분포로 함입된 유기 및/ 또는 무기산의 생체 혼화성 염을 함유하는, 1가 및/ 또는 다가의 알코올 및/ 또는 상응하는 카르복실산과 글리콜산 및/ 또는 락트산의 올리고머 및 그 유도체 기재의, 경질생체조직, 더욱 특히 뼈상에서 혈액을 기계적으로 지혈하기에 적합한 재흡수 가능한, 점성 내지 고체 왁스.
- 제1항에 있어서, 알칼리, 알칼리 토금속 및/ 또는 알루미늄의 카르복실산 염의 기 및 특히 나트륨, 칼슘 및/ 또는 마그네슘의 카르복실산 염의 기를 함유하는 재흡수 가능한 왁스.
- 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 가공성을 향상시키기 위해, 유기산의 염으로서 글리콜산 및/ 또는 락트산의 염 및/ 또는 무기산의 염으로서 특히 인산칼슘 기재의 생체-혼화성 세라믹 물질을 함유하고, 이 첨가된 염의 함량은 올리고머 왁스에 대해 약 30중량% 이하, 바람직하게는 약 20중량% 이하, 더욱 바람직하게는 약 10중량% 이하인 재흡수 가능한 왁스.
- 제1 내지 3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 무기염으로서 재흡수 가능한 및/ 또는 재흡수 불가능한 칼슘 포스페이트, 특히 히드록실 아프티트 및/ 또는 트리칼슘 포스페이트를 함유하는 재흡수 가능한 왁스.
- 제1 내지 4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 왁스중에 적어도 실질적으로 불용인 염의 입자 크기 약 250μm 이하, 바람직하게는 약 100μm 이하, 특히 염의 평균 입자크기 약 1 내지 50μm인 재흡수 가능한 왁스.
- 제1 내지 5항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 분자량을 조절하기 위해, 올리고머 성분이 특히 상대적으로 긴 사슬의 지방산과 그리세롤 및/또는 글리세롤 부분 에스테르를 사용하고, 필요하다면 반응 생성물중에 잔류하는 유리 카르복실 잔기에서 후속적으로 염을 형성하여 제조되는 재흡수 가능한 왁스.
- 제1 내지 6항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 락트산 및 글리콜산 잔류물의 합에 대해 적어도 35몰%, 바람직하게는 적어도 50몰% 락트산 잔류물을 하유하는 재흡수 가능한 왁스.
- 제1 내지 7항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 락트산의 혼합물 및 글리콜산의 혼합물의 올리고머를 함유하고, 락트산 올리고머의 함량이 올리고머 혼합물에 대해 적어도 35중량%, 바람직하게는 적어도 약 50중량%, 더욱 바람직하게는 약 75 내지 95중량%인 재흡수 가능한 왁스.
- 제1 내지 8항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르의 평균 분자량이 약 200 내지 1,500, 바람직하게는 약 300 내지 1,000범위이내인 재흡수 가능한 왁스.
- 제1 내지 9항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 체온에서 풀-상 내지 연-분산성이거나 풀-상, 연-분산성 형태로 되고, 약 100℃ 이상의 온도로 잠시 가열하여도 거의 또는 전혀 가선을 나타내지 않는 재흡수 가능한 왁스.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
