Claims (1)

  1. 중첩되지 않는 펄스를 얻고자 한것에 있어서 ; 입력신호(GA, GB)를 인가시킨 멀티 프렉서(NX)와 플립 플롭(FF1, FF2) 및 NAND 게이트(G1, G2, G3)에 의해 카운터(1)의 클럭구동과 플립플롭(FF3)이 셋트 되도록 연결하고, 이 카운터(1)의 출력은 설정한 무효시간을 갖은 후 플립플롭(FF3)와 인버터(I3, I4)을 거쳐 NAND 게이트(G4)(G5)에 인가시켜서 출력(Z)(ZN)을 얻도록 한 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 트랜지스터 구동 회로의 무효시간 발생장치.
