Claims (7)
- 중량비로,실리콘 14% 내지 16%구리 1.9% 내지 2.2%니켈 1.0% 내지 1.4%마그네슘 0.4% 내지 0.55%철 0.6% 내지 1.0%망간 0.3% 내지 0.6%실리콘 개질제 0.02% 내지 0.1%이고,나머지는 알루미늄과 다른 불가피한 불순물로 되어지는 용탕으로 부터 제조되고, 이와같이 제조된 제품이 10% 이하의 주 알파-알루미늄 수지상정 조직을 포함하는 기본적으로 공정인 미세구조를 갖고 내부금속입자의 직경이 10μ를 초과하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축성형된 알루미늄-실리콘 합금제품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 용탕내의 실리콘 개질제의 중량이 0.02% 내지 0.08% 범위 내에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축 성형된 제품.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 실리콘 개질제가 스트론튬임을 특징으로 하는 압축 성형된 제품.
- 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 내연기관용의 실린더라이너를 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축 성형된 제품.
- 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 따른 압축성형된 제품을 제조하기 위한 방법에 있어서, 압축 성형 작동중 응고시 고상 성장비 R이 1000 내지 2500μ/s 사이가 되고 ℃/cm로 표시되는 고체/액체 경계면에서의 온도 구배 G가 비율 G/R가 100 내지 1000℃/cm2가 되도록 지속적인 온도 및 압력 상태에서 용탕이 응고되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축성형된 제품의 제조 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 성형된 제품을 제1온도로 가열하고 유지되는 단계를 포함하는 용체화 처리인 완전 열처리를 하고, 제품을 물담금질 한후 제1온도 보다 낮은 제2온도의 재가열하여 유지하는 단계로 또한 구성되는 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항 또는 6항에 따른 방법으로 내연기관용의 실린더 라이너를 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
