Claims (5)
- 알루미늄 및 알루미늄―규소 함께 녹는계로 구성되는 매트릭스 및 소수상으로 상기 매트릭스 내에 포함된 1―50중량%의 납 또는 비스무트로 구성되는 편정 알루미늄―규소 합금으로 구성되고, 분리온도 이상의 온도로 가열된 용융물질로 부터 높은 케스팅 속도 및 높은 냉각률로 연속적으로 케스팅되며, 소성 변형 및 열처리에 적용되는, 550―600℃의 온도에서 열처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스트립 또는 와이어 생성 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 합금의 매트릭스내에 포함된 납상을 함유하는 편정 알루미늄―규소 합금이 580―590℃에서 열처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 합금의 매트릭스내에 포함된 비스무트상을 함유하는 편정 알루미늄―규소 합금이 575―585℃에서 열처리되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 하나에 있어서, 열처리에 0.5―15분이 소요되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 용융 물질이, 10―30㎜/s의 속도로 케스팅되고, 300―1500K/s의 비율로 냉각되는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개되는 것임.
