편석을 이용한 금속 정제 공정

Claims (6)

  1. 열융제를 가해 가열된 용기에 함유된 용융금속의 상부를 냉각시키고, 작은 결정들을 점진적으로 생성시켜, 상기 결정들을 용기의 바닥에서 압분시켜, 액체를 함유하지 않은 큰 결정들의 층을 제조하는 편석을 이용한 금속정제공정에 있어서, 큰 결정들의 층이 전부분에 결쳐 파괴되지 않을 정도의 충분한 두께를가진때, 큰 결정들의 상부층의 성장속도에 가까운 속도로 상방증진되는 재융동작으로 용기의 저부로 부터시작하여 용기의 전부분에 걸쳐 큰 결정들을 점진적으로 재융시켜, 큰 결정들의 재융으로부터 생긴 기본액체부와 정제될 모액의 상부사이에 대체적으로 동일한 두께의 큰 고체결정들을 유지시키는 방법으로서열융제를 매순간 조절하는 것을 특징으로하는 편석을 이용한 금속정제공정.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 알루미늄협회의 표준규격품 1000, 1100, 1200인 알루미늄에 이용할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 편석을 이용한 금속정제 공정.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 아연, 납, 마그네슘 및 규소에 이용할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 편석을 이용한 금속정제공정.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 공지된 수단에 의하여 미리 부분적으로 정제된 금속에 이용할 수 있는것을 특징으로 하는 편석을 이용한 금속정제공정.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 포정불순물을 미리 정제된 금속에 이용할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 편석을 이용한 금속정제 공정.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 금속이 보론처리에 의하여 티탄늄, 바다듐과 같은 포정원소가 미리 정제한 알루미늄인 것을 특징으로 하는 편석을 이용한 금속정제공정.
