Claims (3)
- 적어도 5체적%의 세라믹 휘스커를 지니는 소결 가능한 세라믹 조성물의 압분체 기판을 형성하고, 후속적인 이소스태틱 압분단계 동안 또는 그전에 유리질로 되지 않는 세라믹 조성물의 중착에 의해 압분체 기판에 코팅하고, 압분체를 이론적 밀도에 접근시키고 위한 온도와 압력에서 상기 코팅 및/또는 압분체 기판과 반응하는 분위에서 코팅된 압분체 기판을 가열 및 이소스태틱 압분하는 단계들을 포함하는, 고온 이소스태틱 압분에 의해 세라믹 휘스커상을 포함하는 성형된 세라믹 제품에서 이론 밀도수치의 95%보다 큰 밀도를 얻는 방법.
- 매트릭스상과 탄화물 휘스커상 및 질소와 상기 탄화물 휘스커상의 반응 생성물로서 형성된 질소를 함유하는 상을 포함하며, 상기 탄화물 휘스커 상은 12.5체적%를 넘으며, 휘스커 방향성의 X선 변수는 0.66-1.5범위안에 있고 소결된 세라믹의 밀도는 이론 밀도수치의 95%를 넘게 조성된 소결된 세라믹 조성물.
