Claims (7)
- 연질 및 경질 세그먼트를 갖는 폴리에틸-기본 플리우레탄-오레아 스판텍스 중합체의 건식 방적 탄성섬유로서, 이 중합체는 유기 디이소시아네이트로 캐핑되고 이어서 디아민으로 체인 연장된 3-메틸테트라히드로푸란과 테트라히드로푸란의 히드록실-말단 공중합체의 생성물인 탄성섬유에 있어서, 체인연장제는 두가지 디아민의 혼합물이고 첫번째 디아민은 에틸렌디아민, 1.3-프로필렌 디아민 및 1,4-시클로헥실렌 디아민으로부터 선택되는 것이고 두번째 디아민은 2-메틸펜타메틸렌디아민, 수소화 m-페닐렌더아민 및 1,2-프로필렌 디아민으로부터 선택되는 것이며, 보조연장제의 양은 디아민 혼합물의 20 내지 50몰%에 달하고, 경질 세그먼트의 양은 중합체의 5.5 내지 9몰%에 달하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성섬유.
- 제 1항에 있어서 히드록실-말단 공중합체가 3-메틸테르라히드로푸란의 4 내지 20몰%를 함유하는 탄성섬유.
- 제 2항에 있어서 유기 디이소시아네이트가 P.P'-에틸렌 디페닐 디이소시아네이트이고, 첫번재 디아민은 에틸렌디아민이고, 보조연장제는 2-데틸펜타메틸렌 디아민이며 디아민 혼합물의 30 내지 45몰%에 이르며, 경질 세그먼트는 중합체 중량의 6 내지 7.5%에 이르는 탄성섬유.
- 적어도 0.6g/dtex의 파단강도, 적어도 400%의 파단신도, 300%신도에서 적어도 27mg/dtex의 미부하탄성, 적도 70%의 열고정효율 및 65% 이하의 핫- 웻 크리프를 가지며 제 1항에 의한 탄성 필라멘트로부터 제조된 사.
- 스판텍스 중합체가 유기 용매내에서 4 내지 20몰% 3-메틸테트라히드로푸란을 함유하는 테트라히드로푸란 및 3-메틸테트라히드로푸란의 히드록실-말단 공중합체로부터 제조되며, 글리클은 유기디이소시아네이트로 캐팽되고 이어서 디아민으로 체인연장되며, 중합체는 이어서 오리피스를 통해 건식방적되어 탄성 필라멘트를 형성는 스판텍스 섬유의 제조방법에 있어서, 공중합체 글리콜을 디이소시아네이트로 캐팽하며 글리콜에 대한 디이소시아네이트의 몰비는 1.6 내지 2.3범위내이며, 드 공중합체를 두가지 디아민의 혼합물로 체인연장하며, 첫번째 디아민은 에틸렌디아민, 1,3-프로필렌 디아민 및 1,4-시클로헥실렌 디아민으로부터 선택되고 보조 연장제인 두번째 디아민은 2-매틸펜타메틸렌 디아민, 수소화 m-페닐렌디아만민 및 1,2-프로필렌 디아민으로부터 선택되고. 보조연장제의 양은 디아민 혼합물의 20 내지 50%몰에 달하여 중합체의 5.5 내지 9몰%에 이르는 경질 세그먼트를 갖는 스판댁스 중합체를 제공하고, 건식방적 필라멘트를 적어도 400m/분의 속도에서 인장시키고. 필라멘트를 적어도 500m/분의 속도에서 권취는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서 유기 디이소시아네트가 P,P'-에틸렌 디페닐 디이시스아네이트이고, 글리콜에 대한 디이소시아네이트의 몰비가 1.8 내지 2.0 범위내이며, 체인 연장제는 에틸렌 디아민과 2-메틸펜타메틸렌 디아민 보조연장제의 혼합물이고. 보조연장제의 양은 디아민 혼합물의 30 내지 45몰%에 달하고 인징속도는 적어도 600m/분이며 권취속로는 적어도 750m/분인 방법.
