Claims (15)
- 다음 일반식 (Ⅰ)을 갖는 질소함유 헤테로고리형 (폴리)퍼옥시카르복실 산 모노퍼설페이트 :상기식에서 R은 수소원자 또는 임의로 치환된 것들로서 알킬, (헤테로)시클로알킬, (헤테로)아릴, 알킬아릴 또는 아릴알킬 그룹을 나타내거나 또는 퍼옥시카르복실 그룹을 나타내거나 또는 퍼옥시카르복실그룹의 활성산소의 존재하에서 비반응성인 어떤 다른 치환체를 나타내며, R1은 5개이상의 탄소원자들을 갖는 알킬 그룹을 나타내며, n은 0, 1 및 2에서 선택된 수이며, m은 1, 2 및 3에서 선택된 수이며, 그리고 헤테로시클릭 고리는 최소한 하나의 그 밖의 (헤테로)방향족 또는 (헤테로)시클로알킬 고리와 축합될 수 있다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, R은 전체 10개이하의 탄소원자수를 함유하는 선형 또는 가지난 알킬 그룹, (헤테로)아릴그룹, (헤테로)시클로알킬, 알킬아릴그룹 또는 아릴알킬 그룹으로 이루어지며, 이런 그룹들은 F, Cl, NO2, 저급(C1-C5)알콕시그룹으로부터 선택된 최소한 하나의 치환체에의해 임의로 치환된 것들이며 또는 R은 카르 복실그룹 퍼옥시카르복실그룹, F원자, C1원자, 저급(C1-C5)알콕시그룹으로 이루어지며, 헤테로원자는 N및 O로부터 선택된 것이고 R1은 C8-C20알킬기로 이루어짐을 특징으로하는 질소함유 헤테로고리형(폴리)퍼옥시카르복실산 모노설페이트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, n은 1이고 R이 수소원자로 이루어짐을 특징으로하는 질소함유 헤테로고리형 (폴리)퍼옥시카르복실산 모노퍼설페이트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 헤테로시클릭 고리는 최소한 하나의 또 다른 (헤테로)방향족 또는 (헤테로)시클로알킬 피리딘 고리와 축합된 고리로 이루어진 것임을 특징으로하는 (폴리)퍼옥시카르복실산 모노퍼설페이트.
- N-데실-피페리딘-4-퍼카르복실산 모노퍼설페이트.
- N-헥사데실-피페리딘-4-퍼카르복실산 모노퍼설페이트.
- 제 1 항에 정의된 일반식(Ⅰ)을 갖는 질소함유 헤테로고리형 (폴리)퍼옥시카르복실산 모노퍼설페이트의 제조방법에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅰ)을 갖는 원하는 퍼옥시카르복실산에 대응하는 질소함유 헤테로고리형 (폴리)카르복실산 또는 이것의 N-황산염 염으로 이루어진 기초물질을 진한 H2SO4안에서 조작하여 H2O2와 반응시키고, 테트라히드로푸란과 에틸 아세테이트로부터 선택된 유기용매를 부가하여 반응 혼합물로부터 퍼옥시카르복실산(Ⅰ)을 분리하는 것을 특징으로하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 정의된 일반식(Ⅰ)을 갖는 질소함유 헤테로고리형 (폴리)퍼옥시카르복실산 모노퍼설페이트의 제조방법에 있어서, 질소함유 헤테로고리형 (폴리)퍼옥시카르복실산을 대응하는 H2S04염으로 변환시키고 이것을 진한 H2S04내에서 H2O2와 반응시키고 얻어진 질소함유 헤테로고리형 퍼옥시카르복실산 모노퍼설페이트(Ⅰ)을, 테트라히드로푸란 및 에틸 아세테이트로부터 선택된 유기용매의 부가에의해 반응혼합물로부터 분리하는 것을 특징으로하는 방법.
- 제7 또는 8항에 있어서, 질소함유 헤테로고리형 (폴리)카르복실산 기초물질 또는 이것의 N-황산염 염으로 약 20℃이하의 온도로 진한 H2S04중에서, 약 70중량% 내지 90중량%의 농도를 갖는 H2O2와 점차적으로 반응하는 것을 특징으로하는 방법.
- 제7 또는 8항에 있어서, H2SO4의 양은 각각의 기초물질의 몰당 최소한 5몰, 바람직하게는 약 10몰 내지 약 15몰인것을 특징으로하는 방법.
- 제7 또는 8항에 있어서, 사용된 과산화수소의 양은 각각의 기초물질의 몰당 최소한 약 5몰인것을 특징으로하는 방법.
- 제7 또는 8항에 있어서, 반응말기에 존재하는 H2SO4대전체 H2O의 말기몰비는 약 1.3내지 약 4인것을 특징으로하는 방법.
- 제7 또는 8항에 있어서, 사용된 테트라히드로푸란 또는 에틸 아세테이트 용매의 양은 바람직하게는 기초물질의 몰당 4ℓ인것을 특징으로하는 방법.
- 제7 또는 8항에 있어서, 테트라히드로푸란 또는 에틸 아세테이트 용매는 약 10℃이하의 온도에서 부가되는 것을 특징으로하는 방법.
- 세재 또 오뮬레이선에 있어서의 표백제로서 일반식(Ⅰ)을 갖는 질소함유 헤테로고리형 (폴리)퍼옥시카르복실산 모노설페이트의 용도.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
