Claims (2)

  1. 저항기 몸체의 대향하는 측면의 제 1 쌍에 세라믹 물질과 납땜할 수 있고, 금속, 전류-공급 스트립(8,9)의 입방형 저항기 몸체(1)를 포함하고 있는 칩 저항기에 있어서, 전기 절연 스트립(6,7)이 납땜할 수 있는 금속 스트립과 저항기 몸체 사이에 존재하고, 저항기 몸체의 대향하는 측면의 제 2 쌍을 전기 전도층(2,3)으로 덮여지며, 이러한 층은 전기 절연층(4,5)으로 부분적으로 덮여지며, 이러한 방식으로 납땜할 수 있는 금속 스트립(8,9)의 각각은 전기 전도층(2,3)의 하나와 전기 전도적으로 접속되며, 전기 절연층이 세라믹 물질로 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 칩 저항기.
  2. 입방형 저항기 몸체가 금속 전류-공급 스트립과 함께 두개의 대향하는 측면에 장착되어진 칩 저항기의 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 방법이 -세라믹 저항 물질의 평판(1)이 전기 전도층(2,3)과 함께 양쪽 측면위에 제공되는 단계와, -상기 평판이 패턴에 따라 전기 절연층(4,5)과 함께 측면위에 제공되는 단계와, -상기 평판이 스트립으로 나누어지는 단계와, -상기 스트립이 절기 절연 스트립(6,7)과 함께 커다란 비절연 측면위에 제공되는 단계와, -상기 스트립이 전기 절연 스트립의 상부에 납땜할 수 있는 금속 스트립(8,9)과 함께 제공되고, 각각의 금속 스트립이 전기 전도층(2,3)의 하나와 전기 전도적으로 접속되는 단계와, -상기 스트립이 입방형으로 나누어지는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 칩 저항기 제조방법.
