Claims (14)
- 모울드에 들어있는 연속적인 보강 섬유 주위에 폴리아미드 매트릭스가 캐스팅 됨으로써 폴리아미드 매트릭스에 연속 보강 섬유가 혼입된 성형체의 제조방법에 있어서, 폴리아미드가 저분자량을 가지며 주로 테트라메틸렌 아디프아미드 유닛으로 구성되어 있으며 매트릭스가 고화온도아래로 냉각된 후에 이렇게 하여 얻어진 저분자량의 성형체가 220℃내지 폴리아미드의 융점사이의 온도 범위에서 고상에서 열처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 저분자량 폴리테트라 메틸렌아디프 아미드의 상대 점도가 1.5-2.3범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상대점도가 1.7-2.1범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 열처리 후의 폴리테트라 메틸렌 아디프아미드의 상대 점도가 2.3이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 폴리아미드가 주로 테트라메틸렌 아디프아미드 유닛으로 구성되어 있으며 폴리아미드 성형체에 존재하는 폴리아미드의 상대 점도가 2.3 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 연속적인 보강 섬유가 혼입되어 있는 폴리아미드 성형제.
- 연속적인 보강 섬유가 혼입되어 있는 폴리아미드 성형체에 있어서, 폴리아미드가 주로 테트라메틸렌 아디프아미드 유닛으로 구성되어있고 제 1 용융 엔탈피로 표현된 폴리아미드의 결정성이 증가되어 폴리아미드의 용융과 곧이은 고화후에 측정된 용융엔탈피보다 30J/g이상 높은 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리아미드 성형체(제 1 용융엔탈피는 20℃/분의 가열속도에서 DSC로 성형체 샘플에 대해 측정된 것이고, 제 2 용융엔탈피는 완전히 고화된 다음 20℃/분의 가열 속도로 제가열된 후 용융된 폴리아미드가 20℃/분의 가열 속도로 재가열된 후 용융된 폴리아미드가 0.178/분의 냉각속도로 결정화 온도아래까지 냉각된 후에 측정된 것이다.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상대 점도가 2.5이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리아미드 성형체.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 1차 용융 엔탈피가 40J/g이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리아미드 성형체.
- 제 5 항 및 6항에 따른 폴리아미드 성형체.
- 제 6 항 및 7항에 따른 폴리아미드 성형체.
- 제 7 항 및 8항에 따른 폴리아미드 성형체.
- 제 5 항 내지 11항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 연속적인 보강 섬유가 성형체 총 중량의 1-50%인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리아미드 성형체.
- 제12항에 있어서, 연속적인 보강 섬유가 금속 섬유를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리아미드 성형체.
- 제 5 항 내지 13항중 어느 한항에 따른 폴리아미드 성형체를 포함하고 있는것을 특징으로 하는 가공물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
