Claims (13)

  1. 금속분말이 0.5-1.5마이크로미터의 평균 입자 크기를 가진 팔라듐 및 금 및/또는 은으로 구성되어 있다는 것, 소결을 900-950℃에서 행하며, 팔라듐, 및 금 및/또는 은의 합금으로 형성시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 것으로서, 금속 분말 및 임시 결합제로 구성된 페이스트-유사 혼합물로 세라믹 모형에 적용시키고 결합제를 휘발시키고 금속 분말을 단단한 금속체로 소결시키기 위해 열을 적용시킨 후, 세라믹모형을 제거하여, 치아 원형모조물(restorations)용 금속 성분을 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 금속 분말이 팔라듐 15-75중량% 및 금 및/또는 은25-85중량%로 구성되는 방법.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서, 금속 분말이 팔라듐 50-75중량% 및 은25-50중량%로 구성되는 방법.
  4. 제 2 항에 있어서, 금속 분말이 팔라듐 15-75중량%, 금15-50중량% 및 은10-35중량%로 구성된 방법.
  5. 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 페이스트-유사혼합물이 15-95중량%의 금속 분말을 포함하는 방법.
  6. 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 블렌드골드(blend gold)가 페이스트-유사 혼합물을 적용되기 전에 세라믹 모형에 적용되는 방법.
  7. 제 6 항에 있어서, 블렌드 골드가 페이스트-유사 혼합물에 적용되기 전에 소결되는 방법.
  8. 제 7 항에 있어서, 블렌드 골드 및 페이스트-유사 혼합물이 동시에 소결되는 방법.
  9. 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 블렌드 골드가 페이스트-유사혼합물에 적용되는 방법.
  10. 제 1 항 내지 제10항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 블렌드골드가 금속체에 적용되어 소결되는 방법.
  11. 제1항 내지 제10항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 격리층이 세라믹 모형에 적용되는 방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 격리층이 결합된 원형모조물상에 사용된자기(porcelain)의 층을 적용하고 가열함으로써 제조되는 방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 결합된 원형모조물에 사용된 자기의 층이 금속체의 안쪽위면에 전체적으로 또는 부분적으로 남아있는 방법.
