Claims (2)

  1. 채널도전로의 한쪽 단자끼리 공통접속되고 그 한쪽의 다른쪽 단자가 전원(VDD)에, 그리고 다른쪽의 다른쪽 단자가 출력단회로(11)에 접속된 동일한 극성의 제1,제2 전계효과트랜지스터쌍(M1,M2)을 갖는 전류스위치수단(12)과, 상기 전계효과 랜지스터(M1,M2)의 공통접속단에 전류를 공급하는 바이폴라트랜지스터(Q4)를 갖춘 전류공급수단(13) 및, 상기 제1, 제2 전계효과트랜지스터(M1,M2)의 게이트에 각각 영상의 논리신호를 공급해 주는 논리신호 공급수단(14,15)을 구비하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전류스위치회로.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전류스위치수단(12)은 다수의 전계효과 트랜지스터쌍(M1A~M8A)을 갖추고, 상기 전류공급수단(13)은 각각의 전계효과 트랜지스터쌍에 대하여 소정의 비율로 전류를 공급하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 전류스위치회로.
