제 1 도는 본 발명에 의한 압착코넥터의 실시예를 도시한 단면도. 제 2 도는 동일한 압착코넥터에 사용되는 압착단자를 꺼내서 도시한 사시도. 제 3 도는 동일한 압착코넥터의 사시도. 제 4 도는 동일한 압축코넥터에 있어서의 심선유지클릭의 크림프상태를 도시한 단면도. 제 5 도는 동일한 압착코넥터에 있어서의 전선유지클릭의 크림프상태를 도시한 단면도.

Claims (2)

  1. 콘택트, 심선유지클릭 및 전선유지클릭을 가지는 압착단자가 소켓 하우징내로 수용되고, 이 소켓하우징의 앞끝면에는, 상기 콘택트를 위한 개구부가 설치되고, 상기 소켓하우징의 윗면에는 전선을 끼워넣음과 동시에, 상기 심선유지클릭 및 상기 전선유지클릭을 크림프하는 크림퍼를 끼워넣기 위한 개구부가 설치되고, 상기 소켓하우징의 아래면에는, 상기 심선유지클릭을 크림프하는 모루를 끼워넣기 위한 개구부가 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 압착코넥터.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 압착코넥터에, 끝부분을 소정길이 스트립된 전선을, 심선이 상기 심선유지클릭의 윗쪽에 위치하고, 전선의 피복부가 상기 전선유지클릭의 위쪽에 위치하도록 배치하고, 상시 심선유지클릭을 크림프하기 위한 모루를 상기 소켓하우징의 아래면 개구부에서 끼워넣고, 상기 전선유지클릭을 크림프하기 위한 모루를 상기 소켓하우징의 아래면에 맞닿게 하고, 그것과 동시에, 상기 심선유지클릭을 크림프하기 위한 크림퍼 및 상기 전선유지클릭을 크림프하기 위한 크림퍼를, 상기 전선을 밀어 내리면서 상기 소켓하우징의 윗면 개구부에서 끼워넣기, 상기 심선유지클릭을 크림프하여 상기 심선을 유지시켜, 상기 전선유지클릭을 크림프하여 상기 전선피복부를 유지시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 압착코넥터 설치방법.
