Claims (9)
- 하우징(1-3 ; 40,41 ; 80-82)과 회전 운동을 받는 구동 슬리이브(8 ; 46 ; 85)및, 회전 운동을 공급해주는 구동링(13 ; 49 ; 91)을 포함하는 작동기에 있어서, 구동 슬리이브(8 ; 46 ; 85)와 하우징 (1-3 : 40,41 ; 80-82)사이에서 상기 구동 슬리이브의 제1방향으로의 회전을 허용해주는 클러치 수단(16 ; 61 ; 94)과, 합께 공축인 구동 슬리이브와 구동링(13 ; 49 ; 91)사이를 연결해주기 위한 로킹 스프링(18 ; 62 ; 96) 및, 제2방향 즉 반대 방향으로의 구동링의 회전을 허용하는 것을 제외하고는 구동 슬리이브의 제1방향으로의 회전시에만 구동 슬리이브를 구동링에 구동 연결해주는 기능을 수행하기 위해 로킹 스프링을 제어해주는 수단(17 ; 65-67,69,70 ; 95)으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 작동기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 로킹 스프링(18 ; 96)을 제어해주는 수단은 구동 슬리인브(8 ; 85)와 구동링(13 ; 91)에 동심이고 로킹 스프링(18 ; 96)의 한 단부에 연결되는 제어슬리이브(17 ; 95)이며 이 제어 슬리이브의 제2방향으로의 회전에 의해 로킹 스프링을 풀어 구동링이 제2방향에서의 제어 슬리이브와 동일한 각도 거리를 회전할 수 있게한 것을 특징으로 하는 작동기.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 작동기는 구동 슬리이브(8)가 모터 양호하게는 전기모터(10)에 의해 인장된 코일 스프링(6)의 토오크를 받도록 되어 있는 작동기로서, 상기 클러치 수단은 평상시에 구동 슬리이브(8)의 제1방향으로의 회전을 방지해주는 로킹 스프링(16)이며, 이 로킹 스프링의 한 단부는 제어슬리이브(17)에 연결되므로서, 제1방향으로의 회전에 의해 로킹 스프링을 풀어 구동 슬리이브(8)가 제1방향에서의 제어 슬리이브와 동일한 각도 거리를 회전할 수 있게한 것을 특징으로 하는 작동기.
- 제3항에 있어서, 제어 슬리이브(17)는 그 양 방향으로의 회전을 위해 제어모터(20)에 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 작동기.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 작동기는 회전 운동을 축방향으로 운동으로 변화시켜주기 위해 구동링(13)에 연결된 수단(15,25)을 또한 포함하는 작동기로서, 예정된 축방향 힘이 얻어진 경우, 제1방향으로 회전시에 제어모터(20)를 끄기위한 신호를 전달해주는 변압기(31)가 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 작동기.
- 제5항에 있어서, 제어모터(20)는 그 제2방향으로의 회전시에, 변압기(31)가 축방향 힘이 실질적으로 0인것을 지시하는 신호를 전달한 후에, 원하는 이완을 설정하기 위해 소정의 각도 거리를 회전하도록 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 작동기.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 작동기는 구동 슬리이브(55)가 회전모터, 양호하게는 전기모터(86)에 연결되도록 되어 있는 작동기로서, 상기 클러치 수단은 모터(86)에 의한 단지 제1방향으로의 수동 슬리이브(85)의 회전만을 허용해주는 로킹 스프링(94)인 것을 특징으로 하는 작동기.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 모터(86)는 양 방향으로의 회전을 허용하기 위해 제어슬리이브(95)에 구동 연결되는 반면에, 모터와 구동 슬리이브(85)사이의 접속부에는 단지 구동 슬러이브에 대한 회전을 제1방향으로만 전달해주는 일방향 클러치(90)가 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 작동기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 작동기는 구동 슬리이브(46)가 모터, 양호하게는 전기 모터(47)에 의해 인장된 코일 스프링(44)의 토오크를 받도록 되어 있는 작동기로서, 상기 클러치 수단은 평상시에 구동 슬리이브(46)의 제1방향으로의 회전을 방지해주는 외부 로킹 스프링(61)이고, 구동 슬리이브와 구동링(49)사이에 배치된 로킹 스프링, 즉 내부로킹 스프링(62)을 제어해줌과 동시에 외부 로킹 스프링도 또한 제어해주는 상기 수단은 하우징(40) 또는 구동링(49)으로부터 각각 어떤 로킹 스프링(61,62)의 단부를 풀어주므로서 구동 슬리이브(46)의 제1방향으로 회전 또는 구동링의 제2방향으로의 회전을 각각 허용해주기 위해 두개의 전자석(72)의 영향하에 축방향으로 이동가능한 제어부재(70)인 것을 특징으로 하는 작동기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
