Description
제1도는 본 발명의 장금방지 및 견인슬립 제어기를 가진 제동시스템의 설계를 도시한 도면.
제2도는 휠제동기의 압력 증감 특성 곡선 그래프.
제3도는 견인슬립 제어작용 중에 야기된 압력 변화 뿐만 아니라 휠제동기의 유체압도관에서의 흡기밸브(EV) 및 배기밸브에 부여된 작동펄스를 시간의 함수로 나타낸 다이어그램.
Claims (9)
- 휠회전운동이 측정되고 제어신호가 그 측정된 값으로 부터 논리조합 및 신호공정에 의해서 유도되고, 상기 제어신호는 제동압력을 감소 일정하게 유지 및 증가 또는 재증가시켜 휠슬립을 조절하게 하는 장금방지제어기 및 또는 견인슬립 제어기를 가진 제동시스템을 제어하기 위한 방법에 있어서, 상기 휠제동기(10,11)의 압력을 결정하는 량(ΔtEV,ΔtAV)이 측정 및 평가되고, 그 측정된 량으로 부터 휠제동기(10,11)의 압력변화를 근사적으로 나타내는 휠압력 패턴(p(t))이 유도되고 휠슬립 제어 및 또는 제동압력 제어중에 고려되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장금 방지 및 견인슬립 제어기를 가진 제동시스템을 제어하기 위한 회로구성 및 그의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 휠제동기(10,11)에 있는 유체압 흡기도관 및 배기도관에서 밸브(EV,AV)의 여자간격 (ΔtEV,ΔtAV)은 휠제동기 또는 전체 시스템의 제동압 증감 특성 곡선을 고려해서 및 제어기의 개시에 따라 초기조건 및 또는 초기 압력을 근사적으로 나타내는 값을 고려하여 휠제동기(10,11)의 압력을 결정하는 량으로써 측정 및 적분되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장금방지 및 견인슬립 제어기를 가진 제동시스템을 제어하기 위한 회로구성 및 그의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 초기압력을 지시하는 값은 제동력 분배 및 또는 축하중 분배를 고려하여 차량 가속 및 또는 휠의 가속으로부터 유도되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장금방지 및 견인슬립 제어기를 가진 제동시스템을 제어하기위한 회로구성 및 그의 제조방법.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제동기의 실시와 제어기의 개시사이의 시간간격은 초기압력을 결정하도록 평가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장금방지 및 견인슬립 제어기를 가진 제동시스템을 제어하기 위한 회로구성 및 그의 제조방법.
- 휠회전운동을 측정하기 위한 센서와 그 센서신호를 평가하고 유체압 도관에 끼워진 다중로를 스위치하게 하는 제동압 제어신호를 발생하기 위한 전기회로와 함께 장금방지 및 또는 견인슬립 제어기를 가진 제동시스템을 제어하는 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법을 보충하기 위한 회로구성에 있어서, 상기 휠제동기(10,11)의 압력을 결정하는 량을 측정 및 평가하게 하고, 휠압력패턴(p(t))을 형성하고, 상기 휠제동기(10,11)의 압력 변화를 근사적으로 나타내는 신호를 발생하고, 제동압력 제어신호(Δt(EV,ΔtAV)를 발생하기 위한 신호 공정이 고려될 수 있도록 회로(20-28)가 제공된 것을 특징으로 하는 회로구성.
- 제5항에 있어서, 휠제동기(10,11) 또는 전체시스템의 제동압 증가 및 감소 특성 곡선(PA,PE)은 압력을 결정량으로써 기억되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로구성.
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어시, 상기 다중로밸브(EV,AV)의 여자주기는 압력을 결정하는 량으로써 측정 및 평가 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 회로구성.
- 제7항에 있어서, 압력 증가 특성곡선(27,28) 및 초기조건(23)을 고려하여 다중로밸브(AV,EV)의 작동신호(ΔtEV,ΔtAV)에 따른 휠압력패턴(p(t)을 형성하는 적분기(20)가 추가로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로구성.
- 제5항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 초기조건 및 제어기의 개시에 따른 초기압력을 근사적으로 나타내는 값은 압력 결정량으로써 측정 및 평가가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 회로구성.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
