Claims (8)

  1. 인쇄될 페이지의 구성을 지정하는 페이지 기술로 표시되도록 단일 용지상에 소정수의 페이지를 프린팅하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 용지상에 프린팅하기에 적합한 영역을 계산하는 단계와; 상기 소정수의 페이지와 동일하게 페이지의 테스트수를 선택하는 단계와; 각가의 구성이 그 내부에서 페이지를 프린팅하는 소정수의 그리드 영역을 형성하고, 상기 소정수의 그리드 영역은 상기 페이지 테스트수와 동일한 값을 갖도록 복수의 그리드 구성을 결정하는 단계와; 상기 페이지 기술중 하나에 의해 인쇄될 페이지의 사이즈가 상기 각 복수의 그리드 구성에서 상기 그리드 영역중 하나의 사이즈로서 설정되도록 기준화 인수를 계산하는 단계와; 최대 기준화 인수를 갖는 그리드 구성을 결정하는 단계와; 상기 최대 기준화 인수를 갖는 상기 최대 기준화 인수를 갖는 그리드 구성을 이용하여 상기 페이지 테스트수와 동일한수의 그리드 영역으로 점유된 용지의 백분율 표면영역을 계산하는 단계와; 소정의 백분율과 상기 백분율 표면영역을 비교하는 단계와; 상기 페이지 테스트수를 증분하여 상기 복수의 그리드 구성을 결정하는 단계를 반복하고, 기준화 인수를 계산하며, 최대 기준화 인수를 갖는 그리드 구성을 결정하고, 백분율 표면영역을 계산하며, 점유된 백분율 표면영역과 상기 소정의 백분율을 비교하는 단계를 포함하는데, 상기 증분 및 반복 단계는 상기 소정의 백분율보다 적은 값을 갖는 상기 백분율 표면영역에서 조절되며; 상기 소정수의 백분율과 같거나 그 이상의 값을 갖는 상기 백분율 표면영역에 응답하여 상기 최대 기준화 인수를 사용하여 상기 용지상에 상기 소정 페이지수를 프린팅하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 단일 용지에 소정수 페이지를 프린팅하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 프린팅 단계는, 프린터 종속 좌표 시스템으로 상기 페이지 기술의 좌표 시스템은 변형하도록 프린터내의 변형 매트릭스를 이용하는 단계와; 모든 페이지가 상기 용지상에 인쇄되도록 상기 프린터내의 새로운 변형 매트릭스를 설치하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는데, 상기 매트릭스 각각은 각 페이지에 대응하는 구성을 갖으며, 상기 구성은, 인쇄시, 그리고 영역내에 피트하는 대응 페이지를 회전시키는 단계와, 상기 최대 기준화 인수로 대응 페이지를 기준화하는 단계와, 상기 용지상의 각 페이지 위치에 대응하는 그리드 영역으로 대응페이지를 바꾸는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 프린팅 단계는 임의의 한용지의 한쪽 에지로부터 그 용지 표면의 대항 제이로 여유 위치를 변환하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 적합한 표면영역을 계산하는 단계는, 상기 용지상의 활용가능한 전체 표면영역으로부터 여유영역을 삭제하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 그리드 구성을 결정하는 단계는, 인수쌍으로 상기 테스트 수를 인수분해하여, 그리드 구성 주변 측면상에 그리드 영역의 수를 지정하는 것으로서 전체(+) 인수의 수를 사용하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 그리드 구성을 결정하는 단계는, 동일한 영역을 갖는 그리드 영역으로 각 그리드 구성을 설정하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 소정수의 페이지를 프린팅하는 단계는, 상기 소정수 이하의 수를 갖는 페이지를 프린팅하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 단일 유지상에 복수의 페이지를 프린팅하는 장치에 있어서, 페이지 기술포맷으로 페이지를 제작하는 수단과; 프린트 요청을 전달하는 수단과; 상기 인쇄 요청에 응답하여 용지상에 상기 페이지를 프린팅하기 위한 수단과; 상기 전송된 인쇄 요청을 계획하는 수단과; 상기 페이지 제작수단에 응답하여 상기 페이지를 기억시키기 위한 수단과; 복수의 그리드 구성을 결정하는 수단을 포함하는데, 상기 복수의 각 구성수단은 거기에서 페이지를 프린팅하는 복수의 그리드 영역을 형성하여, 상기 복수의 그리드 구성 각각에서의 각 그리드 영역에 맞게 상기 페이지 기술중 하나에 의해 인쇄된 페이지의 사이즈를 설정하도록 기준화 인수를 계산하고, 소정 백분율 이상의 상기 용지 표면영역 백분율 점유대를 갖는 복수의 그리드구성중 하나를 결정하기위한 수단이며; 소정 백분율 이상의 상기 용지 표면 백분율 점유대를 갖는 상기 그리드 구성에 대한 대응 그리드 영역에서 복수의 페이지를 프린팅 아웃시키는 명령을 발생하는 수단을 포함하는데, 상기 프린팅 수단은 상기 명령을 인터럽트하는 수단과 상기 인터럽트 명령에 응답하여 단일 용지상에 상기 복수의 페이지를 프린팅하는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 단일 용지상 복수의 페이지 프린팅 장치.
