Claims (17)

  1. 발포제 및 화학가교제를 포함하는 폴리오레핀계 수지조성물의 제1의 시이트의 적어도 한쪽면에 발포제를 함유하는 폴리오레핀계 수지조성물의 제2의 시이트를 일체로 적층하여 적층시이트로 하고 전기한 제2의 시이트의 표면에 전리성 방사선을 조사하고, 아울러 전기한 적층시이트의 전체를 가열하여 이룩되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가교폴리오핀계 수지 발포체의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 전기한 적층시이트는 공압출성형에 의하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가교폴리오레핀계 수지발포체의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 전기한 적층시이트는 열융착에 의하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가교폴리오레핀계 수지발포체의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 전기한 제2의 시이트 두께는 0.3-3mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 가교폴리오레핀계 수지발포체의 제조방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 전기한 전리성방사선의 조사선량은 0.5-20Mrad인 것을 특징으로 하는 가교폴리오레핀계 수지발포체의 제조방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 전기한 전리성방사선은 전자선인 것을 특징으로 하는 가교폴리오레핀계 수지발포체의 제조방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 전기한 제1의 시이트 및 전기한 제2의 시이트에 쓰이는 플리오레핀계 수지는 저밀도 폴리에틸렌, 직쇠상 저밀도 폴리에틸렌, 에틸렌-초산비닐 공중합체, 에틸렌-프로필렌 고무의 군으로부터 선발된 적어도 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는 가교폴리오레핀계 수지발포체의 제조방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 플리오레핀계수지에 더욱, 고밀도 폴리에틸렌, 폴리플로필렌, 폴리부타디엔, 폴리스틸렌의 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종이 배합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가교폴리오레핀계 수지발포체의 제조방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 전기한 제2의 시이트의 폴리오레핀계 수지조성물에는 융점이 130℃ 이상인, 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 그리고/또는 폴리플로필렌이 적어도 20중량% 포함되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가교폴리오레핀계 수지발포체의 제조방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 그리고/또는 폴리프로필렌의 함유량이 20-80중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 가교폴리오레핀계 수지발포체의 제조방법.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 전기한 제2의 시이트의 폴리오레핀계 수지 조성물에 도전재를 함유시켜, 전기한 제2의 시이트의 표면 고유저항을 107~ 1010Ω로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가교 폴리오레핀계 수지발포체의 제조방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 도전재가 카아본블랙, 도전성산화티타늄, 도전성산화아연, 또는 카르보닐기, 수산기, 아미노기의 적어도 어느 것인가 1종을 갖는 유기화합물의 군으로부터 선발되는 적어도 1종임을 특징으로 하는 가교 폴리오레핀계 수지발포체의 제조방법.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 전기한 제2의 시이트의 폴리오레핀계 수지 조성물이 에틸렌-초산비닐 공중합체, 에틸렌-아크릴산 에틸 공중합체, 에틸렌-프로필렌 공중합체, 1,2-폴리부타디엔의 1종 또는 2종 이상의 혼합물임을 특징으로 하는 가교 폴리오레핀계 수지의 발포체의 제조방법.
  14. 제1항에 있어서, 전기한 발포체가 아조디카르본아미드, 디니트로펜타 메틸렌 테트라민, 디페닐 4,4 디 슬린 아미드, P,P'-옥시 비스-벤졸술펀 세미카르바지드의 군으로 선발되는 적어도 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는 가교폴리오레핀계 수지의 발포체의 제조방법.
  15. 제1항에 있어서, 전기한 발포제의 첨가량은 제7항의 폴리오레핀계 수지 100중량부에 대하여 2-30중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 가교 폴리오레핀계 수지의 발포체의 제조방법.
  16. 제1항에 있어서, 전기한 화학가교제는 디쿠밀퍼옥사이더, 디-t-부틸퍼옥사이드, t-부틸쿠밀퍼옥사이드, 2,5-디메틸-2,5-디(t-부틸퍼옥시) 헥산의 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는 가교폴리오레핀계 수지 발포제의 제조방법.
  17. 제1항에 있어서, 전기한 화학가교제의 첨가량은 제7항의 오레핀계 수지 100중량부에 대하여 0.3-5 중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 가교폴리오레핀계 수지발포체의 제조방법.
