도면은 본 발명의 1실시예를 도시한 것으로,
제1도는 커피원두 배전장치의 종단면도.
제2도는 제1도의 II-II선 단면도.
제3도는 그 열풍 순환계통도.

Claims (4)

  1. 한쪽끝이 트인 원통형의 회전드럼의 주벽에 다수의 작은 구멍을 뚫어 설치함과 동시에, 단열재에 의해 형성한 노체내에 이 회전드럼을 그 트인 끝이 수직한 노의끝 벽내면에 가급적으로 접근대항하고 수평자세로 회전운동하도록 지지하고, 이 노의끝벽에 회전드럼내에 면하는 배기구와 커피원두의 투입구 및 배출구를 형성하고, 이 회전드럼을 둘러싸는듯이 노체 내벽면에 적외선 히이터를 배설하고, 이 회전드럼의 외측의 노체 내 빈틈에 연이어통하는 공기도입구를 노벽에 개설하고, 상기 배기구에서 흡입한 회전드럼내의 열풍을 상기 공기도입부에서 노체내로 순환시키도록 한것을 특징으로 하는 커피원두 배전장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 회전 드럼의 내주에 나선형상의 되돌리기 날개를 고정 설치하고, 이 되돌리는 날개의 더욱내주에는 이 되돌리기날개와 반대로 감긴 나선형상의 보내는 날개를 고정설치하고, 더욱 회전드럼의 트인 끝에 치우친 이 보내는 날개의 일부에 봇둑을 세워설치하여 이루어진것을 특징으로 하는 커피 원두 배전장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 적외선 히이터로 향해서 압착공기를 불어내는 취출관을 노체내에 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 커피 원두 배전장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 배기구와 공기도입구를 연결하는 배기순환계통로의 도중에 회전드럼내와 노체내 빈틈과의 사이의 기압차를 5∼200mm수주로 유지시키는 순환팬을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 커피 원두 배전장치.
