Claims (8)
- 어류 또는 육류의 작은 조각들을 쿠르들란(curdlan)과 성형하고 결합함을 특징으로 하는 성형식품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 작은 조각들이 두께가 1내지 30mm, 폭이 2내지 30mm및 길이가 1내지 100mm인 성형식품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 쿠르들란이 최종 생성물에 기초하여 1내지 5중량%의 양으로 함유된 성형식품.
- 쿠르들란을 어류 또는 육류의 작은 조각들과 혼합하고 이 혼합물을 성형하고 상기 조각은 조각들을 결합시키기 위하여 성형재료를 특징으로 하는 성형식품의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 쿠르들란이 상기 최종 생성물에 기초하여 1내지 5중량%의 양으로 혼합된 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 쿠르들란이 작은 조각들 표면 위에 약 1내지 23중량%를 함유하는 수용성 혼합물상으로 존재하는 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 혼합물이 약 0.5내지 60mm의 두께를 갖는 크기로 성형되는 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 성형재료를 약 55℃이상으로 가열하는 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
