Claims (4)

  1. 소르비톨이 50j/g이상, 바람직하게는 155j/g이상, 더욱 바람직하게는 150j/g이상의 융합 엔탈피를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 1-20중량 %의 인산염 및 소르비톨 함유의 고체 조성물.
  2. 100중량 %를 기준으로 했을 때 제 1 항의 소르비틀 및 인산염을 함유하는 70-99.5중량 %의 고체 조성물과, 이 조성물의 구성 입자에 의해 흡수된 유화제 및/또는 지방으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하여 특히 바다동물로 부터 바람직하게는 생산으로부터 얻은 잘게 썬 생선살이 주성분인 식품에 사용되는 냉동 보조제.
  3. 소르비톨 및 인산염의 균일 혼합물을 약 85-약 100℃의 사출다이 출구 온도로 사출시켜 제 1 항의 소르비톨 및 인산염 함유의 고체 조성물을 제조하는 방법.
  4. 저온, 바람직하게는 10℃이하에서, 생선살을 잘게 썰면서 생선살 1중량 %에 대해 약 1-약 12중량 %의 제 2 항의 첨가제를 생선살과 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하여 바다 동물, 특히 생선으로부터 얻은 잘게 썬 생선살이 주성분인 식품을 제조하는 방법.
