제1도는 본 발명인 방기용 링의 한실시예의 탄소농도 분포도,

제3도는 본 발명의 링(A)와 종래의 링(B)의 비교를 표시하는 단면경도 분포도.

Claims (6)

  1. Cr 0.9-26%를 포함하는 합급강을 사용하여 소정형상으로 형성된 링의 트래블러 미끄럼면에 침탄소입에 의해 비대화하여 분산된 탄화물이 면적률로서 3-90% 점유하는 표층을 형성하고 또한 연마에의해 표면조도를 중심선으로 평균조도(Ra) 0.25㎛이하로한 것을 특징으로 하는 방기용 링.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 표층의 탄소함유량이 1.5-5%인 것을 특징으로 하는 방기용 링.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 표층이 마이크로 빅커어스경도(Hv)가 880-1050인 것을 특징으로 하는 방기용 링.
  4. 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 적어도 트래블러 미끄럼면에 2황화몰리브덴코우팅, 침황처리, Ni 도금 또는 Ni-P 도금의 표면처리를 실시한 것을 특징으로 하는 방기용 링.
  5. 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기한 표층이 질소 0.01-0.5% 함유하고 있는것을 특징으로 하는 방기용 링.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 합금강이 Cr강, Cr-Mo 강, 베어링 강, 스테인레스강으로 되어있는것을 특징으로 하는 방기용 링.
