  1. (a) 디하이드록시메틸하이드록시피롤리딘의 N-메틸 유도체, (b) 1,4-디데옥시-1,4-이미노-L-아라비니톨, (c) 1,4-디데옥시-1,4-이미노-L-리비톨, (d) 1,4-디데옥시-1,4-이미노-D-리비톨, (e) 1,4-디데옥시-1,4-이미노-[N-메틸]-L-아라비니톨, (f) 1,4-디데옥시-1,4-이미노-[N-메틸]-D-리비톨, (g) 1,4-디데옥시-1,4-벤질이미노-L-리비톨, (h) 1,4-디데옥시-1,4-이미노-D-탈리톨, (i) 데옥시만노지리마이신의 N-메틸유도체, (j)1,5- 디데옥시-1,5-이미노-L-후코노락탐, (k) 1,5-디데옥시-1,5-이미노-[N-메틸]-L-후시톨, (l) 1,5-디데옥시-1,5-이미노-[N-W-메틸카프로에이트]-L-후시톨과 제약학적으로 허용되는 그들의 염유도체로 구성된 군을로부터 선택된 화합물을 바이러스 저해에 효과적인 양을 인체면역결핍증 환자에 투여함을 특징으로 하는 인체면역결핍증 유발 바이러스에 감염된 환자에서 면역결핍증 유발 바이러스를 저해하는 방법.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 저해화합물은 1,4-디데옥시-1,4-이미노-L-아라비니톨임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 저해화합물은 1,4-디데옥시-1,4-이미노-D-리비톨임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 저해화합물은 1,5-디데옥시-1,5-이미노-L-후코노락탐임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서, 저해화합물은 1,5-디데옥시-1,5-이미노-[N-W-메틸 카프로에이트]-L-후시톨임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. (a) 디하이드록시메틸디하드록시피롤리딘의 N-메틸유도체, (b) 1,4-디데옥시-1,4-이미노-L-후코노락탐, (c) 1,5-디데옥시-1,5-이미노-L-후코노락탐, (d)1,5-디데옥시-1,5-이미노-[N-메틸]-L-후시톨, (e) 1ㅡ5-디데옥시-1,5-이미노-[N-W-메틸-카프로에이트]-L-후시톨과 약제학적으로 허용되는 그들의 염 유도체로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 화합물로서 인체 면역결핍증 유발 바이러스의 저해제로서 활성을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 신규의화합물.
  7. 1.5-디데옥시-1,5-이미노-[N-W-메틸-카프로에이트]-L-후시톨.
