Claims (10)

  1. 선철 및/또는 스크랩과 같은 적어도 크게 예비환원될 철담체로부터 강을 연속용해하며, 차후 금속야금단계를 행하기 위하여 용융물이 레들에 주입되는 공정에 있어서, 금속야금슬래그가 플럭스를 첨가함으로써 20-77.2% FeO, 바람직하게는 25.7-50%FeO 10-30%SiO2.2-15% Al2O3, 5-20%MgO, 0.13-6.45%MnO, 바람직하게는 0.5-5% MnO,1-10%CaO. 0.1-5%Cr2O3,P+S 미량로 조절됨을 특징으로 하는 강의 연속용해공정.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 용융물을 레들에 주입할때 Si,Al과 같은 발열반응첨가물 또는 발열반응합금이 용융물에 첨가됨을 특징으로 하는 강의 연속용해공정.
  3. 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 감람암 또는 휘석과 같은, FeO-MgO-SiO2계로부터 선택된 화합물이 플럭스로서 첨가됨을 특징으로 하는 강의 연속용해공정.
  4. 제1,2또는 3항에 있어서, 포르스테라이트, Mg-오써실리케이트, 또는 Fe-오써 실리케이트가 슬레그 조성물을 조절하기위하여 플럭스로서 사용됨을 특징으로하는 강의 연속용해공정.
  5. 제1내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 용융물이 10 내지 30℃의 과열도로 주입되며 레들내에서의 응고가 발열반응첨가물을 첨가함으로써 억제됨을 특징으로 하는 강의 연속용해공정.
  6. 제1 내지 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, CaO의 주입단계 이전이나, 주입단계동안에 주입됨을 특징으로 하는 강의 연속용해공정.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, CaO와 Si이 대략 4 대 1의 질량비로 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 강의 연속용해공정.
  8. 제1내지 7항중 어느 항에 있어서, 슬래그가 54% FeO, 20%SiO2. 7% Al2O3, 8%MgO, 3.9%MnO, 4%CaO, 0.8% CaO, 0.8%Cr2O3,S+P 미량의 조성으로 조절됨을 특징으로 하는 강의 연속용해공정.
  9. 제1내지 7항중 어느 항에 있어서, 슬래그가 40% FeO, 20%SiO2. 7% Al2O3, 8%MgO, 3.9%MnO, 4%CaO, 0.8% CaO, 0.8%Cr2O3,S+P 미량의 조성으로 조절됨을 특징으로 하는 강의 연속용해공정.
  10. 제1내지 9항중 어느항에 있어서, 0.15% 내지 0.40% Si의 함량이 FeSi을 사용함으로써 강용융물 내에서 조절됨을 특징으로 하는 강의 연속용해공정.
