제3도는 개질 개스 통풍핀을 나타낸 것이다.
Claims (19)
- 용융된 플래스틱 재료를 사출성형기 실린더로부터 제품 성형용 모올드 스페이스(mould space) 속으로 도입하고, 가압 개스를 용융된 플래스틱 재료의 내부로 공급하여 그 속에 개스-함유 캐비터(cavity)를 형성시키며, 제품이 모올드 표면에 의해 지시된 형태를 유지할 수 있도록 플래스틱 재료를 충분히 고화시킨 다음 냉각 시키고, 캐비터를 통풍시켜 캐비터내의 압력을 모올드를 개방하기 전에 대기압으로 감소시키며, 캐비터를 통풍시키는 단계는 모올드 벽내의 통풍구 상단에 위치한 핀을 수축시켜 달성하고, 캐비터내에 존재하는 개스압의 도움으로 또는 도움 없이 핀을 수축시켜 개스가 배출 통로 속으로 통과하는 캐비터 벽내에 통풍구를 생성시킴을 특징으로 하여, 사출 성형된 플래스틱 제품을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 핀이 수축할 때 캐비터내의 개스의 압력이 통풍구를 생성키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 캐비터 벽(cavity wall)내의 핀의 헤드(head)가 통풍구의 상단 영역내의 캐비티 벽으로부터 플래스틱 재료중 일부의 연속적인 제거를 보조함으로써 통풍구를 생성시킨것으로서, 캐비터 벽내에 핀의 헤드를 합침시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 캐비터 벽내에 핀의 헤드를 합침시켜 플래스틱 재료의 일부를 캐비티 벽으로부터 제거하는 것을 보조하는 약한 선(week line)을 형성시키는 방법.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 핀을 수축시켜 상기한 플래스틱 재료의 일부를 캐비티 벽으로부터 당기는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 배출구를 생성시키기 위하여 적어도 핀의 전단(leading end)을 가열하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 사출 성형기 실린더로부터 제품 성형용 모올드 스페이스 속으로 용융된 플래스틱 재료의 스트림을 도입하기 위한 수단, 용융된 플래스틱 재료의 내부로 가압 개스를 공급하여 그 속에 개스-함유 캐비터를 형성시킨 다음 그것을 플래스틱 유입구 및 개스 유입구로부터 분리되는 위치에서 모올드내의 통풍구를 모올드 스페이스에 대해 그의 상단에서 개방하기 위한 수단, 통풍구가 폐쇄된 확장된 위치와 통풍구와 개방된 수축된 위치 사이에서 움직이기 위하여 통풍구 상단에 위치한 핀, 및 확장된 위치와 수축된 위치 사이에서 핀을 이동시키기 위한 수단으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 사출 성형된 플래스틱 제품을 제조하는 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 핀이 확장된 위치내에 존재할 때 배출 통로내에 상용하게 형상화된 밸브시트(valve seat)를 맞불림으로써 통풍구를 폐쇄시키는 장치.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 핀의 전단(leading end)이 확장된 위치에서 캐비터 벽이 형성되는 동안 플래스틱 재료내에 함침되는 장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 핀의 전단이 확장된 위치에서 모올드 스페이스 속으로 튀어나온 장치.
- 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 핀의 전단이 핀이 수축될 때 캐비터 벽으로부터 플래스틱 재료의 일부를 제거하는 것을 보조하도록 형성화한 장치.
- 제7항 내지 제11항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적어도 핀의 전단을 가열하기 위한 수단을 포함하는 장치.
- 제12항에 있어서, 가열 수단이 핀의 내부에 설치된 장치.
- 제7항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 핀을 이동시키는 수단이 피스톤 및 실린더인 장치.
- 제7항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 통풍구의 하단이 대기에 개방된 장치
- 제7항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 통풍구가 공장 통풍구에 연결된 장치.
- 제7항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 통풍구가 개스를 수거하기 위한 수단에 연결된 장치.
