Abstract

PURPOSE:To simply obain an L-shaped tube with bellows by inserting a guide rod from the lower hole of a parison, moving the rod along circular-arc-shaped guide rails, deforming the parison in L shape, interposing the parison along an L-shaped mold and blow-molding the parison. CONSTITUTION:A parison 3 is extruded by an extrusion die 2, a guide rod 8 is inserted into the lower opening of the parison, and the rod 8 is moved along circular-arc-shaped guide rails 9, thereby deforming the parison 3 in L shape and moving it along the shape of a mold. Then, the parison 3 is interposed between split molds 5, the molds 5 are closed, and pressurized air is fed from a blowing tube 4 into the molds, thereby molding an L-shaped tube 10 with bellows. After the molding, the molds 5 are opened, and the rod 8 is moved to the original position along the rails 9. Then, the tube 10 can be removed from the tube 4 by the downward movement of the rod 8, and burr can be separated from the die 2.
