Claims (10)
- (1)적어도 1개의 양이온성 에폭시-기본 수지, (2)적어도 1개의 차단된 이소시아네이트 가교 결합제 및 (3)1개 이상의 유기 용매를 함유하는 용매계의 수성 분산제를 포함하는 양극 전착성 피복 조성물에 있어서, (a)약 160℃미만의 온도에서 탈차단되는 차단된 이소시아네이트 가교 결합제를 사용하고, (b)용매계로서, 상기 피복물을 경화시키기 위해 사용되는 온도에서 이소시아네이트 그룹과 반응하는 어떠한 유기 용매도 거의 함유하지 않는 용매를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 양극 전착성 피복 조성물.
- 제1항에서, (a)100℃내지 155℃의 온도에서 탈차단되는 옥심 차단된 이소시아네이트 가교 결합제를 사용하고 (b)이소시아네이트 그룹과 반응하는 어떠한 유기 용매도 거의 함유하지 않는 상기 용매계가 방향족 탄화수소(들), 지방족 탄화수소(들), 글리콜 에테르 에스테르(들), 에스테르(들), 케톤(들), 에테르(들) 또는 이의 혼합물을 함유하는 양극 전착성 피복 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 차단된 이소시아네이트가 케톡심 차단된 이소시아네이트인 양극 전착성 피복 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, (a)상기 옥심 차단된 이소시아네이트 가교 결합제의 적어도 일부가 폴리이소시아네이트와 폴리에트르 폴리올의 반응 생성물인 옥심 차단된 이소시아네이트-함유 예비 중합체이고, (b)이소시아네이트 그룹과 반응하는 어떠한 유기 용매도 거의 함유하지 않는 상기 용매계가 방향족 탄화수소(들),지방족 탄화수소(들),케톤(들)및 이의 혼합물 중에서 선택된 양극 전착성 피복 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, (a)상기 옥심 차단된 이소시아네이트 가교 결합제가 아세톤 옥심, 메틸 에틸 케톡심, 사이클로헥사논 옥심 또는 이의 혼합물에 의해 차단된, 130내지 500의 수평균 분자량을 갖는 폴리옥시 프로필렌 글리콜, 및 톨루엔 디이소시아네이트로부터 제조된 이소시아네이트-말단화 예비 중합체이고 : (b)이소시아네이트 그룹과 반응하는 어떠한 유기 용매도 거의 함유하지 않는 상기 용매계가 크실렌, 사이클로헥사논 또는 이의 혼합물을 함유하는 양극 전착성 피복 조성물.
- (1)전기 전도체를 에폭시 수지-기본 조성물의 양이온 입자의 수성 분산제, 차단된 이소시아네이트 가교 결합제 및 1개 이상의 유기 용매를 함유하는 용매계를 포함하는 피복 욕중에 액침시키고 ; (2)(a) 상기 물체로부터 간격을 두고 ;(b)상기 욕과 전기 접촉을 하며 ; (C)상기 물체에 대해 전기적으로 양성을 띤 전극과 물체 사이의 전위차를 제공함으로써 상기 조성물의 피복물을 물체 상에 전착시키기에 충분한전류를 상기 욕에 통과시킴을 포함하는 단계에 의해 차단된 이소시아네이트 가교 결합제, 1개 이상의 유기 용매를 함유하는 용매계 및 양이온성 에폭시 수지-기본 조성물을 함유하는 조성물을 전기 전도성 표면을 갖는 물체상에 피복시키는 방법에 있어서, (a)차단된 이소시아네이트 가교 결합제로서, 160℃이하의 온도에서 탈차단되는 차단된 이소시아네이트 가교 결합제를 사용하고, (b)유기 용매계로서, 상기 피복물을 경화 시키기 위해 사용되는 온도에서 이소시아네이트 그룹과 반응하는 어떠한 유기 용매도 거의 함유하지 않는 용매를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 피복 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, (a)100℃내지 155℃의 온도에서 탈차단되는 옥심 차단된 이소시아네이트 가교 결합제를 사용하고,(d)이소시아네이트 그룹과 반응하는 어떠한 유기 용매도 거의 함유하지 않는 상기 용매계가 방향족 탄화수소(들),지방족 탄화수소(들), 글리콜 에테르 에스테르(들), 에스테르(들), 케톤(들). 에테르(들) 또는 이의 혼합물을 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 차단된 이소시아네이트가 케톡심 차단된 이소시아네이트인 방법.
- 제6항, 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 피복물의 경화를 가속시키기 위하여 촉매를 사용하는 방법.
