Claims (16)

  1. (a) 메타-크실릴렌 디이소시아네이트 또는 그의 예비중하체와 (b)탄소수 3 내지 5의 캐톡심을 반응시켜 제조된 신규의 보호 이소싱네이트 경화제.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 케톡심이 메틸에틸 케톡심인 신규의 보호 이소시아네이트 경화제.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 예비중합체가, 트리메틸올프로판, 폴리카프로락톤트리올 및 트리메틸올 에탄으로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 폴리올과 메타-크실릴렌 디이소시아네이트를 반응시켜 제조되는 신규의 보호 이소시아네이트 경화제.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 케톡심의 -OH 대 이소시아네이트의 -NCO의 당량비가 0.3 내지 1:1인 신규의 보호 이소시아네이트 경화제.
  5. 제1항의 경화제 및 활성수소 함유물질을 포함하는 경화가능 조성물.
  6. 활성수소 함유 물질 및 제1항의 경화제를 포함하는 수-기재 도장 조성물.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 이온성 전착가능 그룹을 함유하는 수-기재 도장조성물.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 이온성 그룹이 양이온성인 수-기재 도장조성물.
  9. 활성수소 함유물질 및 제1항의 경화제를 포함하는 수성분산액에 담궈진 양극과 음극 사이에 전류가 통하도록 하는 것을 포함하여 전극으로서 작용하는 전기전도성 기질을 전착시키는 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 수성분산액이 양이온성 그룹을 함유하는 방법.
  11. (i)제5항에 경화가능 조성물을 포함하는 도장 조성물을 기질에 적용시키고, (ii)적용된 피막을 경화시키기에 충분한 온도로 가열시키을 포함하여, 보호 이소시아네이트 경화제를 포함하는 피막의 변색을 감소시키는 방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 도장조성물을 전착에 의해 적용시키는 방법.
  13. 기본 피막을 적용시키고 이어서 상부피막을 적용시킨 다음 적용된 피막을 유효온도로 경화시킴을 포함하여, 보호 이소시아네이트 경화제를 함유하는 다중 피막의 변색을 감소시키는 방법에 있어서, (i)메타 크실릴렌 디이소시아네이트 또는 그의 예비중합체와 (ii)탄소수 3 내지 5의 케톡심의 반응생성물인 보호 이소시아네이트를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 상부 피막이 유색 코딩이거나 투명코팅인 방법.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 유색 코팅이 파스텔 코팅인 방법.
  16. 제13항에 있어서, 상부 피막이 래커 또는 분말 코팅인 방법.
