Claims (7)
- (1) (A) 2000이하의 에폭시드 당량의 디에폭시 화합물 (B) 에폭시드 그룹들에 대하여 일가작용적으로 반응하며 알콜성 OH그룹, 페놀성 OH그룹 또는 SH그룹을 함유하는 화합물, 그리고 (C)아민을 반응시킴에 의해서 얻어질 수 있는 양이온성 아민 변성 에폭시수지를 함유하는 수성전해피복배드에 기판을 몰입하고, 여기서 성분 (A)와 (B)는 10:1 내지 1:1의 몰비. 바람직하게는 4:1 내지 1.5:1의 몰비로 사용되며 반응생성물의 양성자첨자 및/또는 성분(C)로서 아민염의 사용에 의해 양전하가 도입되며, (2) 음극으로 기판을 연결하고 (3) 직류에 작용에 의해 기판상에 필름을 전착하고, (4) 전해코팅배드로부터 기판을 제거하고, 그리고, (5) 전착된 페인트 필름을 베이킹하는 것으로 이루어진, 도전성 기판을 피복하기 위한 방법에 있어서, 전해코팅배드는 전해코팅배드에 함유된 결합제들의 총량에 기초하여 최소한 7.5중량%의 폴리옥시알킬렌폴리 아민 또는 상이한 화학적구조의 몇 개의 폴리옥시알킬렌폴리아민들의 혼합물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도전성기판의 코팅방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전해코팅배드는 블로킹된 폴리이소시안 에이트를 가교제로서 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 전해코팅배드는 다음 일반식(I)의 폴리옥시알킬렌폴리아민을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.H2N-CHR-CH2-0-(-CHR-CH2-O-)n-CH2-CHR-NH2(I)상기식에서, R은 H또는 C1-C6알킬기, 바람직하게는 -CH3를 나타내고 n은 5 내지 60, 바람직하게는 20 내지 40을 나타낸다.
- 제1 내지 제3항중의 어느 한 항에 따른 방법에 의해 코팅된 기판.
- (1) (A) 2000이하의 에폭사이드 당량의 디에폭시 화합물 (B) 에폭시드 그룹들에 대하여 일가작용적으로 반응하며 알콜성 OH그룹, 페놀성 OH그룹 또는 SH그룹을 함유하는 화합물, 그리고 (C)아민을 반응시킴에 의해서 얻어질 수 있으며, 여기서 성분 (A)와 (B)는 10:1 내지 1:1의 바람직하게는 4:1 내지 1.5:1의 몰비로 사용되며 반응 생성물의 양성자 첨가 및/또는 성분(C)로서 아민염의 사용에 의해 양전하들이 도입되는 양이온성 아민-변성 에폭시수지를 함유하는 수성 전해코팅배드에 있어서, 전해코팅배드는 전해코팅배드에 함유된 결합제들의 총량에 기초하여 최소한 7.5중량%이 폴리옥시 알킬렌폴리아민 또는 상이한 화학적 구조의 몇 개의 폴리옥시 알킬렌 폴리아민들의 혼합물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전해코팅배드.
- 제5항에 있어서, 블로킹된 폴리이소시안에이트를 가교제로서 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전해코팅배드.
- 제5 또는 6항에 있어서, 다음 일반식(I)의 폴리옥시알킬렌폴리아민을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전해코팅배드.H2N-CHR-CH2-O-(-CHR-CH2-O-)n-CH2-CHR-NH2(I)상기식에서, R은 H 또는 C1-C6알킬기, 바람직하게는 -CH3를 나타내고 n은 5 내지 60, 바람직하게는 20 내지 40을 나타낸다.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
