Claims (10)

  1. 염기를 함유하는 수성매질에 분산된 개질 에폭시수지로 이루어진 양극전착도료 조성물에 있어서, 상기 개질 에폭시 수지는 에폭시 당량이 100내지 6,00이며 각각 수지 골격의 말단 및 중앙에 각각 두개의 에폭시드기 및 적어도 하나의 알코올 히드록실기를 가지는 에폭시 수지로부터 유도된 것이고, 상기 개질 에폭시 수지는 상기 중앙에 다음 일반식의 측쇄 블럭과 상기 말단에 에폭시드기로부터 유도된 적어도 하나의 산기를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 양극 전착도료 조성물.
    상기 식에서, R1과 R2는 독립적으로 H 또는 CH3이고, A는 상기 알코올성 히드록시기로부터 형성된 에테르 또는 에스테르 결합 또는 디이소시아네이트 화합물의 상기 알코올성 히드록시기와의 반응에 의해 형성된 2가 결합되며, B는 분자량이 100내지 7,000인 선형중합체 블록이고 Y는 히드록시, 아미노, 카르복시 또는 이들 활성 수소함유기에 결합된 반 차단된 디이소시아네이트 화합물이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서 상기 산기는 다음 일반식의 기임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
    상기 식에서 R1과 R2는 상기한 바와 같고, X는 상기 에폭시드기와 반응할 수 있는 활성 수소함유기를 가지는 다관능성 카르복실산, 술폰산 또는 인산잔기이다.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 산기는 다음 일반식으로 표시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물 :또는
    상기 식에서 R1과 R2는 상기한 바와 같고, R3는 H, 또는 비치환된 또는 치환된 C1-C20알킬이며, R4는 임의로 에테르 또는 에스테르 결합으로 장해된 비치환된 또는 치환된 C1-C12알킬렌 또는 페닐렌이고,
    8이중 R5는 H, 비치환된 또는 치환된 C1-C12알킬 또는 페닐임), 또는 일부가 에스테르화된 다염기유기산 잔기이다.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 산기는 적어도 하나의 상기 말단 에폭시드기를 상기 에폭시드기 및 이소시아네이트와 반응할 수 있는 적어도 2개의 활성수소함유기를 가지는 화합물과 반응시키고 상기 말단에 상기 활성 수소함유기를 함유하는 결과 유도체를 히드록시 카르복실산으로 반 차단된 디이소시아네이트 화합물과 반응시킴으로써 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 측쇄블럭은 선형 폴리락톤, 폴리락탐, 폴리에스테르 또는 폴리에스테르 사슬인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 조성물은 자체가교결합 또는 가교제와 가교결합할 수 있는 수불용성수지를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 가교제를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 가교제는 아미노 플라스트 수지 또는 가열시 차단해제될 수 있는 차단제로 차단된 폴리이소시아네이트 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 가교제는 아미노 플라스트 수지 또는 가열시 차단해제될 수 있는 차단제로 차단된 폴리이소시아네이트 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 20내지 70mg/c의 쿨통효율을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
