Claims (13)
- 보호된 폴리이소시아네이트 관능성을 갖는 양이온 수지로 구성되며, 전착되어 최대 유동성에 이르기까지 가열될 때에는 불완전하게 경화된 코우팅의 프로우필이 0.160 미크론 이하이고, 완전 경화에 이르기까지 가열될 때에는 경화막의 중량 손실 백분율이 10이하이고, 경화막의 중량 손실 백분율의 제곱과 프로우필을 곱한 값이 7.5 이하라는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 코우팅 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 보호제가 휘발성이며 보호제의 평균 분자량이 76이하인 조성물.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 보호제가 메탄올, 에탄올 및 그의 혼합물로 이루어진 부류에서 선택되는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트가 폴리메틸렌 폴리페닐 이소시아네이트와 디페닐메탄-4,4'-디이소시아네이트를 함유하는 혼합물인 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 코우팅 조성물이 거친 강철 위에 적어도 20미크론 두께의 경화된 코우팅을 형성시킬 수 있는 조성물.
- 전류를 양극과 음극사이에 통과시켜 전기 코우팅 조성물이 실질상 연속 막의 형태로 음극 위에 부착되도록 한 후 전착된 막을 고온에서 가열하여 경화된 막을 형성시키는 것으로 구성되며 이때 전기 코우팅 조성물이 청구범위 제 1 항의 조성물 임을 특징으로 하는 것으로서 보호된 이소시아네이트 관능성을 갖는 양이온 수지로된 수성 전기 코우팅 조성물 내에 침지되어 있는 음극과 양극으로 이루어진 전기 회로내에서 음극으로 작용하는 전기 전도성 기질을 전착시키는 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 경화된 막의 두께가 적어도 20 미크론인 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 경화된 막의 두께가 적어도 30 미크론인 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 기질이 1.27 미크론 이상의 표면 프로우필을 갖는 강철인 방법.
- 전기 전도성 기질과 그 위에 음극 전착된 청구범위 제 6 항의 방법에 의해 적용된 실질상의 연속막을 갖는 피복된 물품.
- 제10항에 있어서, 막의 두께가 적어도 20 미크론인 피복된 물품.
- 제11항에 있어서, 막의 두께가 적어도 30 미크론인 피복된 물품.
