Abstract

본 발명은 활성 수소 함유 이온 수지, 및 보호된 이소시아네이트 그룹 및 옥사졸리돈 그룹을 함유하는 경화제를 포함하는 전착성 코팅 조성물을 개시한다. 이들 코팅 조성물은 경화 전착된 필름이 후속 적용된 상도막 시스템에서 황화를 일으키는 경향을 감소시킨다. 또한 전착공정에서의 이들 전착성 코팅 조성물의 용도를 개시한다.

Claims (14)

  1. A. 활성 수소 함유 이온 수지; 및 B. 보호된 이소시아네이트 그룹 및 구조식
    의 그룹을 함유하는 경화제를 포함하는 전착성 코팅 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 활성 수소 함유 이온 수지가 양이온성인 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 활성 수소 함유 이온 수지가 아크릴 중합체 폴리에스테르 중합체, 폴리우레탄 중합체, 에폭시 함유 물질로부터 유도된 중합체, 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 활성 수소 함유 이온 수지가 에폭시 그룹 함유 물질과 아민의 양이온성 반응 생성물인 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 조성물 상기 경화제가 하기 일반식의 그룹을 함유하는 조성물:
    상기식에서, X는 이소시아네이트의 잔기이다.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, X가 방향족 이소시아네이트의 잔기인 조성물.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, X가 방향족 폴리이소시아네이트의 잔기인 조성물.
  8. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 경화제가 하기 일반식의 그룹을 함유하는 조성물:
    상기식에서, X는 폴리이소시아네이트의 잔기이고; A는 일반식
    (여기에서, D는 알콜, 락탐, 케톡심, 지방족 아민 및 베타-디카보닐 화합물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 유도된 라디칼이다)의 보호된 이소시아네이트 그룹이고; Y 및 Y′는 상이하며, 수소, 및 에폭시 수지로부터 유도된 잔기이다.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 에폭시 수지가 폴리에프사이드인 조성물.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에폭사이드가 다가 페놀의 폴리글리시딜 에테르인 조성물.
  11. 제8항에 있어서, X가 방향족 폴리이소시아네이트로부터 유도된 잔기인 조성물.
  12. 제1항의 전착성 코팅 조성물을 코팅으로서 제1전극상에 부착시키기 위해서 상기 제1전극과 제2전극사이에 전류를 통과시킴을 포함하는, 상기 수성 이온성 전착성 코팅 조성물중에 침지된 상기 제1전극 및 제2전극을 포함하는 전기 회로에서 제1전극으로서 작용하는 전도성 기재의 코팅 방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 제1전극이 음극이고, 상기 제2전극이 양극이고, 상기 수성 이온성 전착성 코팅 조성물이 양이온성인 방법.
  14. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 코팅된 기재를 90 내지 260℃의 온도로 1 내지 40분간 가열하여 상기 코팅을 경화시키는 방법.
