Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.以下を含有する電着コーティング組成物: A.活性水素含有イオン性樹脂;および B.ブロックイソシアネート基および以下の構造を有する基を含有する硬化 剤: ここで、YおよびY'は異なり、かつ水素、およびエポキシ樹脂から誘導される残 基である。 2.前記活性水素含有イオン性樹脂がカチオン性である、請求項1に記載の組 成物。 3.前記活性水素含有イオン性樹脂が、アクリルポリマー、ポリエステルポリ マー、ポリウレタンポリマー、エポキシ含有物質から誘導されるポリマー、およ びそれらの混合物からなる群より選択される、請求項1に記載の組成物。 4.前記活性水素含有イオン性樹脂が、エポキシ含有物質およびアミンのカチ オン性反応生成物である、請求項1に記載の組成物。 5.前記硬化剤が、以下の構造を有する基を有し、 ここで、Xがイソシアネートの残基であり、そしてYおよびY'は異なり、かつ水素 、およびエポキシ樹脂から誘導される残基である、請求項1に記載の組成物。 6.前記Xが芳香族イソシアネートの残基である、請求項5に記載の組成物。 7.前記Xが芳香族ポリイソシアネートの残基である、請求項5に記載の組成 物。 8.前記硬化剤が以下の構造を有し、 ここで、Xがポリイソシアネートから誘導される残基であり; そしてAが以下の構造を有するブロックイソシアネート基であり: ここで、Dが、アルコール、ラクタム、ケトオキシム、脂肪族アミン、およびβ- ジカルボニル化合物からなる群より誘導される基であり、そして、ここで、Yお よびY'は異なり、かつ水素、およびエポキシ樹脂から誘導される残基である、請 求項5に記載の組成物。 9.前記エポキシ樹脂がポリエポキシドである、請求項8に記載の組成物。 10.前記ポリエポキシドが多価フェノールのポリグリシジルエーテルである 、請求項8に記載の組成物。 11.前記Xが芳香族ポリイソシアネートから誘導される残基である、請求項 8に記載の組成物。 12.電気回路における第1の電極として作用する導電性基材をコートするた めの方法であって、ここで、該電気回路は、水性のイオン性電着コーティング組 成物中に浸漬された該第1の電極および第2の電極を有し、 該方法は、電着コーティング組成物を該第1の電極上にコ ーティングとして析出させるために、該第1の電極と該第2の電極との間に電流 を通す工程を包含し、ここで、該電着コーティング組成物が請求項1に記載のも のである、方法。 13.前記第1の電極がカソードであり、前記第2の電極がアノードであり、 そして前記水性のイオン性電着コーティング組成物がカチオン性である、請求項 12に記載の方法。 14.前記コートされた基材が、前記コーティングを硬化するために1分間か ら40分間、90℃から260℃の温度まて加熱される、請求項12に記載の方法。 15.前記硬化剤が、以下の構造を有する基を含有し: ここで、Xが、イソシアネートの残基であり、そしてAが、ブロックイソシアネー ト基であり、そしてYおよびY'は異なり、かつ水素、およびエポキシ樹脂から誘 導された残基である、請求項1に記載の組成物。
