Claims (10)
- (1) 아민-에폭사이드 반응 생성물의 (1),(2) 및 (3) 결합된 중량에 기초하여 50 내지 84% 중량, (2) 교차 결합제로서 블럭하 폴리이소시아네이트의 (1),(2) 및 (3) 결합된 중량에 기초하여 15 내지 45중량%, 및 (3) 트리아진 환 당 반응성 수소 원자의 최소한 4.0이 메탈올화되고 메틸을 그룹의 최소한 3.5가 알킬화되고, 알킬화 그룹이 C4-10알킬에서 선택되고, 수지가 19O℃ 이하 온도에서 아민-에폭사이드반응 생성물 (1)과 비반응성인 조건하에, 크게 메틸올화 및 크게 알킬화된 멜라민-포름알데하이드 수지의 (1),(2) 및 (3) 결합된 중량에 기초하여 1 내지 12중량%로 구성되는 양이온 안경화 입자의 아민-이온화 산의 존재하에 수성 매체내 분산으로 구성되는 전기용착에 의해 음극 기관에 적용하는 수성 피복 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 멜라민-포름알데하이드 수지가 단량체인 수정 피복 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 분산 입자가 하이드록실 그룹으로 구성되는 부가 공중합체(4)로 또한 구성되는 수성 피복 조성물.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 포름알데하이드와 반응하여 트리아진 환내의 6 반응성 수소 원자의 최소한 4.35가 치환됨에 의하여 수지가 멜라민으로부터 유도된 조성물.
- 제1항에서 제4항까지의 어느한항에 있어서, 아민이온화산이 인산, 아세트산, 락트산, 프로퍼온산 또는 포름산인 조성물.
- 제1항에서 제5항까지의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 아민-에폭사이드 반응 생성물내에 존재하는 최소한 25%의 아미노 그룹을 중화하기 위해 충분한 이온화 산으로 존재하는 조성물.
- 제1항에서 제6항까지의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 분산 입자내의 (1),(2) 및 (3) 비율이 55∼75% (1),20∼40% (2) 및 2∼10% (3)인 조성물.
- 제1항에서 제7항까지의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 10∼30%의 고체 함량을 가지는 조성물.
- 제1항에서 제8항까지의 어느 한 항에 따르는 피복 조성물내에 물품을 담그고 음극으로서 물품 및 반대전극 사이에 전류를 통과시키는 것으로 구성되는, 전기 용착에 의해 물품을 피복하는 방법.
- (a) 제1항에서 제8항까지의 어느 한 항에 따르는 피복 조성물로부터 음극 물품에 전기 용착하고 190℃ 이하 온도에서 피복을 경화하여 형성시킨, 물품과 접촉된 제1의 피복 층; 및(b) 중간층 또는 톱코트(topcoat)층일 수 있는, 제1의 피복 층과 접촉된 제2의 층으로 구성되는 물품상의 복합 피복.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
