Claims (12)

  1. (A) 양이온성 막형성 수성수지를 100중량부, (B) 축합 또는 부가반응으로 자기-교차결합 또는 상기 수성수지(A)와 교차결합되는 열경화성 교차결합제를 10∼250중량부, 함유하는 수지 조성물을 수성매체로 유화시키고(여기서, 중량부는 수지 조성물의 고체 성분을 기초로 함), 생성된 유화액을 상기 교차 결합체(B)의 교차결합 가능 온도 이상으로 가열하는 것으로 이루어진 양이온성 마이크로겔 입자분산의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 수성수지(A)는 아미노기를 갖는 폴리부타디엔임을 특징으로 하는 양이온성 마이크로겔 입자분산의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 교차결합(B)는 페놀과 포름알데히드의 반응으로 수득되는 메틸올페놀임을 특징으로하는 양이온성 마이크로겔 입자분산의 제조방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 메틸올페놀은 베타-히드록시페놀에테르임을 특징으로 하는 양이온성 마이크로겔 입자분산의제조방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 교차결합체(B)는 테트라브로모비스페놀A임을 특징으로 하는 양이온성 마이크로겔 입자분산의 제조방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 가열은 대기압하 또는 가압하에 실시됨을 특징으로 하는 양이온성 마이크겔 입자분산의 제조방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 유화액은 유기용매를 추가로 함유하며 이는 가열단계전에 가열단계 도중에 제거됨을 특징으로 하는 양이온성 마이크로겔 입자분산의 제조방법.
  8. 제1항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 유화액은 고체입자를 더욱 함유함을 특징으로 하는 양이온성 마이크로겔 입자분산의 제조방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 고체입자는 안료 및 금속입자로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 양이온성 마이크로겔 입자분산의 제조방법.
  10. 제1항에 방법에 따라 수득되는 마이크로겔 입자.
  11. 제8항에 방법에 따라 수득되는 마이크로겔 입자.
  12. 제1항의 양이온성 마이크로겔 입자분산을 함유하는 수성도료.
