Claims (8)

  1. (A) 산기를 갖는 에틸렌계 단량체, 히드록실기를 갖는 에틸렌계 단랑체 및 이와 공중합성인 또 다른 에틸렌계 단량체를 공중합하여 제조되는 산가 5∼100, 히드록실가 20∼100, 용해도 파라미터(δsp) 9.0∼13.0이고 수평균 분자량 3,000∼50,000인 비닐 공중합체 94∼30중량부, (B) 성분(A)와 반응성인 교차결합 성분 5∼40중량부, 그리고, (C) 용해도 파라미터 7.5∼13.0인 유기용매로 팽윤된 평균 입자 크기 0.01∼10μ인 팽윤된 수지 입자 1∼30중량부를 함유하는 수지 조성물(Ⅰ)로 만들어진 수성 메탈릭 도료를 하도 또는 중도가 제공되어져 있는 기질상에 피복하고; 상기 수성 메탈릭 도막을 경화시키지 않고 그 위에; (D) 히드록실기를 갖는 에틸렌계 단량체를 공중합하여 제조되는, 히드록실가 20∼100이며 상기 공중합체(A)와 (D)사이의 용해도 파라미터의 차이의 절대치가 0.3이상인 공중합체 95∼60중량부; 그리고 (E) 성분(D)와 반응성인 교차결합성분 5∼40중량부를 함유하는 수지조성물(Ⅱ)로 만들어진 열경화성 클리어 도료를 피복하는 것으로 이루어진 도장법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 팽윤된 수지입자는 수성용매내에서 유화중합으로 제조된 수지입자를 용해도 파라미터 7.0∼13.0인 유기용매내에서 팽윤시킴으로써 제조됨을 특징으로 하는 도장법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 팽윤된 수지입자는 용해도 파라미터 8.5∼11.5인 유기용매로 팽윤되며 그 입자크기는 0.01∼0.5μ임을 특징으로 하는 도장법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 수지입자 팽윤용 유기용매의 용해도 파라미터는 공중합체(A)의 용해도 파라미터보다 더 작음을 특징으로 하는 도장법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 수지입자는 양쪽성 이온기를 갖는 유화제를 사용한 유화 중합으로써 제조됨을 특징으로 하는 도장법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서 상기 공중합체(A)의 단량체들 중, 산기를 갖는 에틸렌계 단량체의 산기 부분이 술폰기임을 특징으로 하는 도장법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 열경화성 클리어 도료는 수-희석형임을 특징으로 하는 도장법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 열경화성 클리어 도료는 비휘발성분을 40% 이상 함유하는 유기용매형 클리어 도료임을 특징으로 하는 도장법.
