Claims (16)

  1. 조성물이 물 및 중량 평균 분자량(폴리스 티렌 표준물질에 대해 겔 투과 크로마토그래피로 측정될 때) 이 10000-20000(바람직하게는 11000-50000)이고 i) 공중합된 아크릴산 또는 메타크릴산 또는 이들의 혼합물, ii) 아크릴산 또는 메타크릴산과 공중합가능한 형태(다음 (iv)에 기재된 것들)의 공중합된 주요단량체 및 iii) 부분의 분자량이 500-4000인 장쇄의 친수성 부분 및 미립자인 공중합체에 화학적으로 결합되어 있는 소수성 부분으로 구성된 올리고머, 부가하여 iv) 공중합된 친수성 단량체 또는 메타크릴아미드, 하이드록실에틸 아크릴레이트, 하이드록시에틸 메타크릴레이트 또는 하이드록시이소프로필 메타크릴레이트로부터 선택된 친수성 단량체의 혼합물로 이루어진 미립자의 수불용성 공중합체의 분산물로 구성되며 여기에서 a) 공중합된 아크릴산/메타크릴산 단량체, 주요 단량체, 및 친수성 단량체의 결합된 중량을 기본으로 하여, 미립자의 공중합체는 7-14wt%의 아크릴산 또는 메타크릴산 또는 이들의 혼합물, 0.1-10wt%의 친수성 단량체 및 충분량의 주요 단량체로 이루어지고 b) 미립자인 공중합체 총 중량의 1-10wt%는 올리고머이며 c) 피복 조성물은 조성물내 물, 유기 용매 및 미립자 공중합체의 결합된 중량을 기본으로 하여 10wt%이하로 구성되는, 일시적 피복물을 도포하는데 사용하기에 적당한 수성 피복 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 미립자인 공중합체가 물의 중량을 기본으로 하여 10wt%미만의 유기 용매를 함유하는 물내에서 행해진 공중합에 의해 만들어지는 수성 피복 조성물.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 미립자인 공중합체의 유리 전이 온도(Tg)가 10-45℃인 수성 피복 조성물.
  4. 제1항부터 제3항까지의 어떤 한 항에 있어서, 미립자인 공중합체의 중량 평균 분자량이 11000-50000인 수성 피복 조성물.
  5. 제1항부터 제4항까지의 어떤 한 항에 있어서, 미립자인 공중합체가 공중합된 산, 주요 단량체 및 친수성 단량체의 결합된 중량을 기본으로 하여 7-12wt%의 아크릴산 또는 메트크릴산이나 또는 이들의 혼합물로 구성되는 수성 피복 조성물.
  6. 제1항부터 제5항까지의 어떤 한 항에 있어서, 미립자인 공중합체가 공중합된 산, 주요 단량체 및 친수성 단량체의 결합된 중량을 기본으로 하여 5wt%의 친수성 단량체로 구성되는 수성 피복 조성물.
  7. 제1항부터 제6항까지의 어떤 한 항에 있어서, 미립자인 공중합체가 공중합체의 총 중량을 기본으로 하여 2-8wt%의 올리고머로 구성된 수성 피복 조성물.
  8. 제1항부터 제7항까지의 어떤 한 항에 있어서, 친수성 단량체가 메타크릴아미드인 수성 피복 조성물.
  9. 제1항부터 제8항까지의 어떤 한 항에 있어서, 올리고머가 폴리옥시에틸렌 또는 폴리(에틸렌글리콜)사슬로 구성된 수성 피복 조성물.
  10. 제1항부터 제9항까지의 어떤 한 항에 있어서, 5-15wt%의 미립자인 공중합체(미립자인 공중합체의 총 중량을 기본으로 하여)가 산 또는 친구성 단량체가 존재하지 않는 상태에서 행해진 초기중합 동안 만들어지는 수성 피복 조성물.
  11. 제1항부터 제10항까지의 어떤 한 항에 있어서, 조성물이 물, 미립자인 공중합체 및 수용성 공중합체를 기본으로하여 5wt%미만의 수용성 부산물인 공중합체로 구성되는 수성 피복 조성물.
  12. 제1항부터 제11항까지의 어떤 한 항에 있어서, 미립자인 공중합체된 메타크릴산, 메틸 메타크릴레이트, 부틸 아크릴레이트 및 메타크릴아미드로 구성되는 수성 피복 조성물.
  13. 제1항부터 제12항까지의 어떤 한 항에 있어서, 조성물이 어떤 피그먼트를 제외한 5-30wt%의 고체 물질로 구성되는 수성 피복 조성물.
  14. 제1항부터 제10항까지의 어떤 한 항 또는 제12항에 있어서, 농축물이 어떤 피그먼트를 제외한 30-50wt%의 고체로 구성되는, 미립자인 공중합체로 구성된 농축된 수성 조성물.
  15. 전기한 항의 어떤 한 항에 있어서, pH가 최소한 7이 되도록 양이온이 존재하여 중화되는 조성물.
  16. 제1항부터 제13항까지의 어떤 한 항에 있어서, 또는 제15항에 따르는 일시적 수성 피복 조성물을 표면에 적당량 도포하여 피복물이 건조되었을때 두께가 3-40㎛되도록 하는 것으로 구성되는, 표면에 일시적 피복물을 제공하는 방법.
