Claims (8)
- 수지고체를 기준으로 a. 10-50%의 플루오로카본수지 b.20-89%의 아크릴수지 c. 1-30%의 유동개질제로 구성되어 있으며 상기 유동개질제가 벤조구안아민수지, 보호된 이소시 아네이트 또는 중합우레탄으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되며, 여기서 a+b+c가 총 100%인 빌딩 외장품 기질에 적용되는 용매함유 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 플루오로카본이 폴리비닐리덴플루오라이드이며, 아크릴수지가 열가소성아크릴 중합체 또는 공중합체이며, 유동개질제가 부분적으로 알킬화된 벤조구안아민인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 아크릴수지가 열경화성 아크릴중합체 또는 공중합체이며, 조성물이 상기 유동개질제외에 첨가된 가교결합제를 임의로 함유하는 조성물.
- a. 깨끗한 금속 기질에 수지고체를 기준으로 (1)10-50%의 플루오로카본수지; (2) 20-89%의 아크릴수지 (3) 1-30%의 유동개질제, 로 구성되어 있으며, 상기 유동개질제가 벤조구안아민수지, 보호된 이소시아네이트 또는 중합우레탄으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되며, a+b+c가 총 100%인 유기용매 함유 프라이머 코우트를 적용한 후, b. 스토우빙처리없이 대부분의 (substantial) 유기용매를 증발제거(flashing off)하고, c. 플루오로카본 함유 톱코우트를 적용한 후, d. 증발시키고 복합코팅을 프라이머코우트와 톱코우트가 상기 기질상에 균일한 보호필름을 경화되기에 충분한 약177-249℃온도에서 베이킹해주는 단계들로 구성된 금속기질에 쵸킹되지 않는, 마멸저항성, 부식저항성 코팅을 적용하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 프라이머가 열가소성 아크릴중합체와 혼합물상태의 폴리비닐리덴플루오라이드를 함유하며, 유동개질제가 부분적으로 알킬화된 벤조구안아민인 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 프라이머중 아크릴수지가 반응성 하이드록실 또는 카복실 관능기를 가진 열경화성 아크릴중합체이며 상기 프라이머가 상기 복합코팅을 경화시키기 위해 상기 관능기와 반응성인 가교결합제를 추가하여 함유하는 방법.
- 수지고체를 기준으로 a. 10-50%의 플루오로카본수지 b. 20-89%의 아크릴수지 c. 1-30%의 유동개질제로 구성되어 있으며 상기 유동개질제가 벤조구안아민수지, 보호된 이소시 아네이트 또는 중합우레탄으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되며, 여기서 a+b+c가 총 100%인, 빌딩 외장품 기질에 적용되는 용매함유 조성물로 피복된 금속기질.
