Abstract

본 발명은 a 1) 수분산액 중의 폴리우레탄 고체 함량이 10 내지 60중량%인 물로 희석 가능한 폴리우레탄 수지의 수분산액 10 내지 70중량%, a 2) 1종 이상의 아미노 수지 및(또는) 블록킹된 폴리이소시아네이트 0 내지 30중량%, a 3) a 1)와 다른 1종의 이상의 물리적 건조성 결합제 0 내지 50중량%, a 4) 1종 이상의 충전제 및 (또는) 중량제 5 내지 40중량%, a 5) 칼라 안료 및 (또는) 에펙트 안료 0 내지 30중량%, a 6) 1종 이상의 유동학적 보조제 및 (또는) 페인트 보조제 0 내지 5중량%, a 7) 유기 용매 0 내지 10 중량%로 이루어지는 충전제 성분에 관한 것이다.

Claims (10)

  1. a 1) 수분산액 중의 폴리우레탄 고체 함량이 10 내지 60중량%, 바람직하게는 20 내지 50중량%인 물로 희석 가능한 폴리우레탄 수지 또는 물로 희석 가능한 다수의 폴리우레탄 수지의 수분산액 10 내지 70중량%, a 2) 1종 이상의 아미노 수지 및 (또는) 블록킹된 폴리이소시아네이트 0 내지 30 중량%, a 3) a 1)와 다른 1종 이상의 물리적 건조성 결합제 0 내지 50중량%, a 4) 1종 이상의 충전제 및 (또는) 중량제 5 내지 40중량%, a 5) 칼라 안료 및 (또는) 에펙트 안료 0 내지 30중량%, a 6) 1종 이상의 유동학적 보조제 및 (또는) 페인트 보조제 0 내지 5중량%, a 7) 유기 용매 0 내지 10중량%로 이루어지는 충전제 성분.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 성분 a 1) 40 내지 55중량%, 성분 a 3) 0 내지 10중량%, 성분 a 4) 10 내지 30중량%, 성분 a 5) 5 내지 20중량%, 성분 a 6) 0.5 내지 2중량%, 및 성분 a 7) 3 내지 10중량%로 이루어지는 충전제 성분.
  3. 제1항의 충전제 성분 10 내지 70중량%, 및 1종 이상의 물로 희석 가능한 결합제, 칼라 안료 및 (또는) 에펙트 안료, 유기 용매를 포함하고 유동학적 보조제가 존재 또는 부재하는 통상의 수성 베이스코팅제 조성물 90 내지 30중량%로 이루어지는, 금속 기판 및 플라스틱 기판 코팅용 수성 베이tm코팅제.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 충전제 페이스트 30 내지 60중량% 및 베이스코팅제 조성물 70 내지 40중량%로 이루어지는 베이스코팅제.
  5. 플리스틱 기판에 제3항 또는 제4항에 기재된 충전제 성분 함유 베이스코팅제를 직접 도포하고, 단시간의 중간 증발 후 충전제 페이스트가 없는 베이스코팅제를 도포하고, 증발 후 이를 베이스코팅제 위에 투명코팅제를 도포하고, 이어서 가열하여 코팅을 모두 경화시키는 것으로 이루어지는, 플라스틱 기판에 직접 코팅하는 방법.
  6. 금속 기판에 제3항 또는 제4항에 기재된 충전제 성분 함유 베이스코팅제를 도포하고, 단시간의 중간 증발 후 충전제 성분이 없는 베이스코팅제를 도포하고, 증발 후 이들 베이스코팅제 위에 투병코팅제를 도포하고, 이어서 가열하여 코팅을 모두 경화하는 것으로 이루어지는, 금속 기판에 직접 코팅하는 방법.
  7. 전착에 의해 프라이밍된 금속 기판에 제3항 또는 제4항에 기재된 충전제 성분 함유 베이스코팅제를 도포하고, 단시간의 중간 증발 후 충전제 성분이 없는 베이스코팅제를 도포하고, 증발 후 이들 베이스코팅제 위에 투명코팅제를 도포하고, 이어서 가열하여 코팅을 모두 경화시키는 것으로 이루어지는, 전착 코팅에 의해 프라이밍된 금속 기판 코팅 방법.
  8. 플라스틱 기판을 직접 코팅하기 위한 수성 베이스코팅제 중의 제1항에 기재된 충전제 성분의 용도.
  9. 금속 기판을 직접 코팅하기 위한 수성 베이스코팅제 중의 제1항에 기재된 충전제 성분의 용도.
  10. 전착 코팅에 의해 프라이밍된 금속 기판을 코팅하기 위한 수성 베이스코팅제 중의 제1항에 기재된 충전제 성분의 용도.
