Abstract
본 발명은 a1) 폴리우레탄 수지 또는 다수의 폴리우레탄 수지, 5 내지 50중량%, 바람직하게는 30 내지 45중량% a2) 5000 내지 150,000의 수평균 분자량을 가지며, 염소화된 폴리올레핀의 고체 함량에 기하여 10 내지 40중량%의 염소 함량을 가지는 하나 이상의 염소화된 폴리올레핀, 0.5 내지 13중량% a3) a1)과는 다른 하나 이상의 물리적 건조 결합제, 0 내지 50중량%, 바람직하게는 0 내지 10중량%, a4) 하나 이상의 충전제 및/또는 중량제, 5 내지 35 중량%, a5) 색상 및/또는 특정 효과의 안료, 0 내지 15중량%, a6) 하나 이상의 유동학적 보조제, 0 내지 5중량%, 및 a7) a1) 내지 a7) 성분의 합이 각각의 경우 100중량%인 유기 용매, 20 내지 60중량%를 포함하는 필러 페이스트(A)에 관한 것이다. 또한 본 발명은 필러 페이스트 (A)를 함유하는 베이스코팅(B)을 직접 폴리올레핀 기판에 도포하는 단계, 잠깐의 중간 플래시-오프 후, 필러 페이스트가 없는 베이스코팅을 도포하는 단계, 및 베이스코팅을 잠깐 플래시하고 투명 코팅으로 코팅하며, 이어서 가열하면서 경화시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀 기판의 직접 코팅 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (7)
- a1) 폴리우레탄 수지 또는 다수의 폴리우레탄 수지, 5 내지 50중량%, 바람직하게는 30 내지 45중량%, a2) 5000 내지 150,000의 수평균 분자량을 가지며, 염소 폴리올레핀의 고체 함량에 기하여 10 내지 40중량%의 염소 함량을 가지는 하나 이상의 염소화된 폴리올레핀, 0.5 내지 13중량%, a3) a1)과는 다른 하나 이상의 물리적 건조 결합제, 0 내지 50중량%, 바람직하게는 0 내지 10중량% a4) 하나 이상의 충전제 및/또는 증량제, 5 내지 35 중량%, a5) 유색 및/또는 특정 효과의 안료, 0 내지 15중량%, a6) 하나 이상의 유동학적 보조제, 0 내지 5중량% 및, 및 a7) a1) 내지 a7) 성분의 합이 각각의 경우 100중량%이 유기 용매, 20 내지 60중량%를 포함하는 필러 페이스트(A).
- 전체 중량을 100중량%로 하여, 제1항에 따른 필러 페이스트(A), 10 내지 70중량%, 및 하나 이상의 결합제, 필요한 경우 유동학적 보조제, 유색 안료 및/또는 특정 작용을 안료 및 유기 용매를 포함하는 종래의 베이스코팅 조성물(C), 90 내지 30중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 베이스코팅(B).
- 제2항에 있어서, 30 내지 60중량%의 필러 페이스트(A) 및 70 내지 40중량%의 베이스코팅 조성물(C)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 베이스코팅(B).
- 필러 페이스트(A)를 함유하는 제2항 또는 3항에 따른 베이스코팅(B)을 직접 폴리올레핀 기판에 도포하는 단계, 잠시의 중간 플래시-오프 후, 필러 페리스트가 없는 베이스코팅을 도포하는 단계, 및 베이스코팅을 잠까 플래시하고 투명 코팅으로 코팅하며, 이어서 가열하면서 경화시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀 기판의 직접 코팅 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 사용된 폴리올레핀 기판의 100중량% 이하의 폴리프로필렌 함량을 가지는 플라스틱 자동차의 구성요소인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 폴리올레핀 기판을 애벌칠하지 않고 코팅하기 위하여, 베이스코팅에 제1항에 따른 페이스트(A)를 사용하는 방법.
- 폴리올레핀 기판을 애벌칠하지 않고 코팅하기 위하여, 베이스코팅에 제2항 또는 제3항에 따른 베이스코팅(B)을 사용하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
